From the outside the building looks dated and not out of the ordinary but... The friendly, attentive staff and the level of service makes this hotel. I stayed in "The Towers" and highly recommend it. Breakfast (in exclusive surroundings), afternoon tea and evening amenities are included. The location is handy for the MTR, Star Ferries and Ocean/China Ferry Terminals. I...

The Good - Location right in the middle of the action. Museums and shopping nearby, and MTR station minutes away. - Service was fast and friendly - Room was OK, on par with comparable brands - it is not a new property, but well maintained. - Internet not free, but is good and supports corporate VPNs. Some hotels in Hong...

Booked last year East Harbour View Suite for 3 nights as I managed to get a good deal about USD600-650/night. Location very convenient as there is an underlink to SOGO and Avenue of...

This is a very good hotel. Stayed 2 night; the hotel was fully booked and my only complaint is that they put me on an SPG preferred floor and my parents on a non SPG floor. I couldn't understand that. The location is fabulous and within easy access to everything you need in Kowloon.

Stayed here 4 nights on the sixth floor facing the harbor. Beautiful views across the harbor to Hong Kong. Room was average size, nicely decorated and in "new" condition. A Towers room is an excellent deal considering it includes: A sumptuous breakfast with stunning harbour views on the 18th floor; free Wi-Fi (though often slow); afternoon tea and evening cocktails with food; clothes pressing and some other stuff I can't recall. Room well equipped - found stapler, tape, scissors and paperclips in desk. Good spread of toiletries. Conference facilities...
