Great location -- just a couple of meters away from the temple market, right beside a convenient store (7-11) and just walking distance from Jordan MTR station.
Room is small but they clean it every day.

Location is superb, next to temple Street (night market) Room small but for our needs big enough. Clean, decent shower.
Breakfast included but the worst we have had in China.
A few things could be fixed the wonky lift and the machinery rumble that shakes...More
The hotel was satisfactory if you just need a place to sleep, bath and keep your belongings. We were quite surprised at first with the room size, but the rate is acceptable since HK is known as the one of the most expensive per square meter...More
The room we received (313) experienced recurring noise/vibrarion, measured at over 100dB, and vibrating floors all through the room. Each bout of these "trumpets of hell" continued for 2-5 minutes, repeating about every 40-60 minutes (beginning at about 1am) all through the night. My best...More

The Jordan and Yau Ma Tei neighbourhood is where you will find some of the more authentic areas of Hong Kong. Not as glamourous or busy as its neighbours Mong Kok to the north or Tsim Sha Tsui to the south, Yau Ma Tei is often mistakenly overlooked by visitors on their trips to Hong Kong. Exploring parts of this area makes you feel like you’ve been transported back in time. A large part of the neighbourhood draws from the
rich history of Temple Street, stretching from Jordan to Yau Ma Tei, where a mix of dai pai dongs (outdoor restaurants), market stalls, fortune tellers and old karaoke bars bring out the history and culture of the area. The neighbourhood is a showcase of diversity – different ethnicities, cultures, and a mix of old and new.

I cant remember ferry ride duration, probably 2 hours... but MTR (train) ride from ferry terminal is a short while of less than 30 minutes.
