Check-in was super fast and efficient, staff in the hotel was nice and helpful whenever we needed help or had some questions. Given the price we paid, we were happy with what we got when we checked in to the hotel. The hotel has a convenient location, many 7 elevens, and other small shops nearby. Easy and short walk to Kowloon Park, Temple Street night market, Nathan Road, and Jordan Road nearby, so easy access to/from HKG airport, bus stops for lines A21 & A22 are within walking distance from the hotel. A lot of local restaurants and shopping malls are also within walking distance from the hotel. Jordan MTR station is just around the corner, so you can get anywhere in HK quickly and easily. Breakfast was ok, and worth the 77 HKD we paid each, not a lot of variety to choose from, but enough for a good start to the day. Coffee, tea, juices, toast, scrambled eggs, ham, chicken sausages, and various vegetables were available every morning — a changing selection of local food, steam buns, noodles, spring rolls, fried rice, fish balls, etc. The rooms are a little small but nice and clean and well equipped. Hair dryer, water boiler, mini fridge (could fit in 2-3 bottles of water / soft drinks) small bathtub with a shower, television, and a twin bed. We asked for an additional blanket, as it was quite chilly in the room, and that extra blanket was delivered to us promptly. Overall we were satisfied with what we got for the amount we paid. Would definitely stay again.

The good things about this hotel are location and the staff. The hotel is located nearby subway and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff is friendly but I will rate just 1 star for the room and cleanliness. I don’t mind with a tiny size but the mattress is very uncomfortable and there are flies in the bathroom. I am sure that people will have a pretty high expectation if it’s Ramada especially by Wyndham, they will think of luxury and most of them book because they trust the brand but not for here. Not sure if Wyndham lower their standard or if there are many range of hotels, this is definitely be the lowest one.

I've stayed at several Ramada hotels in different countries, and this hotel gets a huge no for me. The room is small, which is fine, but the maximalist design makes it even stuffier. Toilet is tiny. There is a chandelier right above my head so I get the bonus of wondering if it's going to fall on my head while I sleep. The bed is also hollow below, so of course that was the first thing I checked when I entered the room. The mattress is lumpy, and I honestly couldn't get a proper rest. The best thing about the hotel is the view. I got a decent level and room and I had a peek of the cityscape. The staffs are gracious and friendly. Location is great. It straddles between two MTR stations that are within walking distance. You'll get distracted by the shops on the way, so the distance will feel like nothing.

Bed was hard, the room tiny and dated (not unusual in HK), but the staff were wonderful and helped to make up for the other shortcomings. Good location. OK for a relatively short and cheap stay.

Stayed in room 1201. Horrible Mattresses: The 2 mattresses in Room 1201 were horrible & unfit for anyone to use. We felt ALL the metal springs digging into our backs/arms/legs when we laid on top of the mattresses. We asked for new mattresses and was denied. We asked for a refund and was also denied. Rude female employee: The female employee who came to Room 1201 on the morning of June 27, 2023 was rude and should not be in customer service. She basically said....this is a cheap hotel; you get what you paid for. What an idiot. When there are no guests = no profit = no job for her. No desk & no chair in the room: Something to note if you plan on doing work. Note to the Franchisee of this hotel: You should invest in new plush mattresses. Guests want to rest comfortably and get a good night's sleep.

The hotel is at a very good location with lots of shops and restaurants where you can get everything you want within reach. The TST MTR is only 8 minutes walk from the hotel, which is an added bonus in travelling both the Hong Kong and Kowloon areas. The staff of the hotel are nice, friendly and helpful especially Winnie who helps me a lot during my stay for 2 weeks. She answers all my questions as I haven’t been back to HK for so many years. The hotel is bit dated and needs some refurbishments, otherwise it will be perfect. With the amazing price, I get what I want.

Extremely poor hotel, service is very very bad. No one picks call at room service, reception. When you give feedback at reception then they don’t care. Also rooms are not that clean. It was my first and last stay at this hotel. They don’t think from customer point of view.

Good location within walking distance to MTR station for Jordan and Nathan Road. Can easily walk to Tsim Sha Tsui East. Room is clean and common areas look neat and tidy. Staff are polite and helpful. Hassle free check out with the key-drop box near the exit door. Will recommend friends here.

When 1st moved in they told me it was $300/night. They they upped it to $330 & yesterday they told me there will be no space unless I pay in full till the end of the month. $330 is a lot. Don’t stay in this hotel it’s in the middle of a smelly market. I can book better hotel like ibis for cheaper & it’s in a nice neighbourhood.
