Our family (2 adults, 2 kids - 11 and 7 years old) recently stayed at the Cosmopolitan. It was one of ithe few hotels in HK we found that would accommodate 4 people in 2 QS beds n one room. While tight, it was a great experience. Service was very good, the buffet breakfast (included n our stay) was xcellent,...

Cutting straight to the FANTASTIC you must have the Wasabi Prawns at the hotel restaurant. Just trust me on that. Great service from the wait staff too. The hotel itself is nice enough - they provided us with free bottled water every day and we had a nice view over the Happy Valley Racecourse. The staff were very friendly and...

I stayed there in march with my family..Although the service was good but the room they put us in was considerably small..Next surprise was the big, opaque window and to its other side was the cemetery..Obviously we refused to stay in that room and when we asked them to change the room they offered us a room on higher floor...

Dear Awadhesh, Thank you for your valuable feedback. We regret to know that the reserved standard room with frosted window as one of the contemporary elements was not to your liking. Upon noticing your concern, we trust our Guest Services Team had immediately offered you a room upgrade towards our superior room with clear window equipped. Apart from the rooms...

Efficient, cheerful staff. Good buffet breakfast with nice mix of Asian & Western food. Rooms small but in good shape. Location not super convenient until you sort out the frequent and cheap Trams. We loved the Trams! Ate at the restaurant for one supper. Host was great, helping us chose some unique Chinese foods. All tasty and well presented. Beds...

I stayed at the Cosmopolitan. Very good value for money as Hong Kong goes! I got very ill one night and had to go to hospital. The head of security came with me in the ambulance and stayed with me until I got seen by a doctor. This hotel has excellent service. There are shuttle buses to the main MTR...

Stayed for 3 nights to break the long journey to EU. The room was quite small but from other hotel reviews is normal for HK. The bathroom was tiny, especially the showering area, and water splashed up from under the plastic curtain. There was a fridge but it was full of the minibar stock. We took some things out put...

If you staying in Hong Kong and want a 4 star hotel, dont stay here. My room was very small, which was expected, what I didn't expect is a room with sealed windows because of a billboard on the side of the building. The aircon was on 24/7 and as a result the room smelt damp from day 1. There...

Dear Izikulu, Thank you for staying with us this time. Actually apart from the standard room with frosted glass as one of the contemporary elements, Cosmopolitan offers 8 room categories sizing up to 48 sq. m. for guests’ choices. Happened to arrive late afternoon on a day the reception was in a chaotic mess. Some guests were complaining, having waited 30-40 minutes without room allocation. Despite this, the lady serving us at front desk was polite. The standard room had basic facilities. Drawback - frosted windows, no view. I think this is reflected in the price. Had requested for...

Dear Jess, Thank you for your valuable feedbacks. First of all, we regret to know that the lobby was a bit filled upon your arrival possibly due to high occupancy that time. We are sorry about the occasional lengthened time which we appreciate your kind understanding on this. Apart from the standard room, Cosmopolitan actually offers 8 room types measuring...

The Cosmopolitan faces Happy Valley racecourse and is an economical, clean and friendly stop for business people and families on a budget. Central location, nice rooms and a good restaurant, but no bar. Mind you, there are a lot nearby in East Queen's Road. Staff are excellent and you'll enjoy the stay.
