I am a regular visitor to Hong Kong and have stayed at the sister hotel, The Cosmo, many times. Wanting a bit more space and hopefully a better night's sleep because rooms are not well soundproofed, we chose The Cosmopolitan and received a good package with city/racecourse view room, internet (HK$12/day service charge) and breakfast. Arriving late from Japan, we...

Just visited HK in January 2013 and stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. We rented the deluxe family room for 4 adults and it was just nice. They have a free shuttle service from Hong Kong MTR station to the hotel and checking in was quick. The bellboys were helpful as well. The room includes breakfast which includes continental...

Being in HK for business, I was only in the hotel to sleep and shower. Service on check-in was as expected, with the friendly staff offering all information required to make my stay comfortable. The room was functional and clean, with a good view of Causeway Bay. There is a shuttle bus to and from the Times Square shopping precinct,...

Service - Generally staff are helpful. I needed something to be printed out and one of the staff offered to print for me and send to my room quite promptly. Room was a bit cold during winter and staff kindly sent me a portable heater. The housekeeping maid who came over was quite conscientious as she brought more water and...

I have stayed in this hotel two times. For me. the reasons for choosing this hotel is its proximity to the Times Square shopping area, which is ~10 minutes walk away. The rooms are clean but small and have very simple decor and far from being splurge. The bathroom has hardly any room for movement and is presumable designed to...

We found the rooms fine, and definitely ok for the price. Location, and food was ok too. The concierge service was excellent. As for the restaurant some of the staff in the restaurant did a poor job and some even upright rude. Don't expect to see a smile, or maybe not even eye contact the hotel is simply too busy...
