I was in Caritas Lodge for 7 nights in a single room during April 2014. The hotel is clean, small Shower but was clean. Room has a safe. Breakfast is NOT a buffet and waitress brings your order (from 3 options) to your table. Quiet minimum breakfast but enough to keep you for 2-3 hours until lunch. Main problem with... More

The room was pretty nice and the staff spoke English. A complimentary breakfast comes with the room. Not just the same 'ole same 'ole traditional continental breakfast at a buffet table, you receive a menu with a choice of breakfast from western to Asian to a health conscious diet. Actually prepared when you order. I visited during the height of... More

This is great hotel and good price, also included breakfast. It is just cost USD$84 by the time I booked it (I stayed only a night). However, the location is not very convenience. It took 15-20mins to walk to MTR MongKok East Station.

Visited HK during chinese new year in Feb so was looking for an affordable place to stay within easy reach of transport and was not disappointed with this hotel. This is by far the cheapest hotel i could find which wasnt too far away from the hustle and bustle. Sure, the bathroom is tiny and the decor needs touching up... More

My first time staying at one of the Caritas accommodations. Just like any other hotel, just that your business goes towards supporting other social development work being done in Hong Kong. Caritas is an international (religious) charitable organization, excellent idea to make use of their valuable property/locations to provide funds for their work. The Mong Kok location (Caritas Lodge) is... More

The Staff were incredibly helpful in this hotel, especially with local information. They also provided me a punctual and cheap laundry service. Breakfast staff also very personable, even with limited English. Downsides to this establishment are that the bathrooms are annoyingly small and there is some street noise despite our rooms being on the 11th and 12 floors. Room was... More

We arrived at the Caritas Lodge after a along flight and were hot and tired. The lodge is cool, and quiet and just off Nathan Rd. Our room was of a good size and had good air conditioning and ensuite facilities. We overlooked a park area from the back of the building. This is preferable as it is green and... More

It was a 3 person room with 3 single beds. Good thing was very spacious comparatively speaking in HK standard. Decoration and facilities were old and needed renovation. But after renovation, the price may shoot up. So give and take here. Moderate (at least 15 min) distance walk to Prince Edward MTR or Mong Kok East MTR. Same as 15... More
