Bed: Pillows were very flat, but the good side was that I could pile them up to the height that I wanted, instead of having pillows that are too 'high' for my neck.
Blanket was not warm enough but they gave me extras.

There’s no heating in Hongkong, and typically it doesn’t get that cold (although for me it does and we had a cold wave in China past 2 weeks which has now lifted). Hotels, however, may have offerings like electric blankets... More

I guess the size of the beds are definitely ok. In different countries , meaning of twin or double beds or full beds can vary. The best thing you can do is to look at the real pictures which normally the hotel will upload
