At first we were shocked to see that the hotel was inside what seemed to be a tenement housing/building which seemed to be a fire hazard, small, crowded corridors, laundry hanging everywhere...a bit disappointing. Then we get to our rooms and we began to realize that we got what we paid for but it was clean and quite cozy. Stanley...

The 3 person room with no window is smaller than the walk in closet in my apartment. You cannot move unless everyone synchronizes their movement. One person must sit on the bed at all times otherwise it is too crowded. Pay a little more money and at least keep your dignity. How this tiny fire trap has 4 star is...

Convenience. Security. Budget friendly. This is the hostel to be! Located in Mongkok, in the center of various shops, this hostel is near everything. We booked a room for 5 pax. Expect a small room as is with other Hongkong hostels. Just a few minutes walk and you'll reach the Mtr stations. The rooms are cleaned daily. Water supply of...

The room is very small and the hotel hard to find but if you follow their website it will help in finding the hostel. It is right at the footsteps to the MRT and has 711's in both sides of the entrances. The lift gets crowded sometimes but it is managable. The owners are a helpful lot and the free...

It is very "Hong Kong style" hostel. Is located in old, traditional and of course very tall building, nearby Nathan Road with good conection to all city. Disadvantage of the hostel are very small rooms and mine didn't have even a window! In spite of that it is a good hostel.

for first time visitor, it is quite difficult to find the place since it has no big board or decent sign around it. the environment around the hostel a bit terrible because it's an old apartment. but once you get in, you'll surprise to find clean room with the free wi-fi on it. the recepsionist on duty is the only...

Not a hostel in the normal sense of the term - you'll be lucky if you get to meet other non-Chinese travellers! However, this is not unusual in Hong Kong. Rooms are very basic and there were noise issues at night. The WiFi didn't work in my room but the staff were not interested. Got the general impression that all...

Since we were on a budget and planning to stay out most of the time we booked this hostel based on reviews. The rooms are really small as stated before and the bathroom very, very small. It is clean and comfortable though. We actually had a room that could fit 5 people. There were two single beds (narrow but ok), and...

We stayed here for two nights. we had no reservation but they gave us a room no problem. we got a double room with private ensuite. The room is very small, two people cannot stand in it without being on bed or in toilet, but this is the norm for this accommodation in HK. We had previously stayed in a...
