good location, nice clean rooms, no need for Ac since the city is 3200m up. On your first day you might have difficulties climbing to the second floor. its own restaurant is ok, a bit expensive as is most everything else. friendly staff.

We stayed 4 nights at a room in the ground floor, the room is full of mildew smell especially on the carpet. We requested for refresher spray but it doesn't help, we had no choice to bear with it. This hotel doesn't have elevator, so please make sure to request for room at lower level.. We have to climb up...

Great location right by all the small shops and the bazaar. Rooms surprisingly big with 2 X double beds and bathroom. We just pushed out beds together to make a huge bed. Food at the restaurant next door is pretty good, especially if you're bored of noodle soup. TV has around 70 channels, unfortunately all 70 are Chinese. I would...

It is a regular hotel, with a good location though, 2 minutes walking from Bakhor street. Yak hotel is a typical building from Lhasa with a good breakfast buffet included, for the standard there. They need to improve the public toilets in first floor, building F, they are open, smelly... If you have this option is not bad at all....

Is not very tipical tibetan accomodation, the hotel is quite modern, close to every sight site, but wi fi is poor and water is expensive. The forniture of room are in tibetan poor style. big bathroom, and big showers.

I was somewhat disappointed with the lack of effort on the staff to accommodate even the simplest of tasks such as a hard copy print of my Tibet Permit of which I felt was important to have while roaming the...

The location is very good, in the centre of the old part of Lhasa, just a few minutes’ walk from Jokhang. It’s on a main road, but my room faced inwards to the courtyard, and there was little noise. The building is in reasonable shape. There’s no lift. My room was cosy and clean, decorated in Tibetan style. The bed...

A friendly hotel with good wifi. Breakfast was included in the restaurant next door. Rooms were clean and comfy. A great location to explore Lhasa, nothing seemed too far away. We stayed there on two separate occasions with our tour. . . . . . .
