The room is spacious, clean and comfortable with heater. Windows can be opened, and I like that to let fresh air into the room. I stay for 2 nights, then later another night in a different room. The first room do not have oxygen facility. The second room has some new gadgets for oxygen. If you use, a small fee...

It's large and nice hotel in Lhasa. Rooms are spacious with all facilities. Restaurant is big and they served good food. It is located on the main road. Only couple of hotel staff could speak English. Overall good stay.

It clean and comfortable hotel. I stay for 2 nights, then another 3 nights. 1st room, the toilet got mild sewage smell, guess too long no people stay. The 2nd room is comfortable. The only thing is the corridor too dark. The room light also not bright enough. The breakfast no change at all but still eatable.

The hotel building looks quite grand from the outside with it’s large arch windows and although the inside doesn’t quite match up, it isn’t too bad at all. The lobby and the rooms adopt classical Chinese decor and colours and it’s obvious some money has been spent to give a veneer of luxury. From the ceiling wall trimmings, paintings to...

After travelling around China and Tibet, this was one of the better local hotels that i have visited. Service was acceptable and people were quite friendly. Room was a little old but still comfortable. Cleanliness and safety are reasonable when it comes to the standards within the region. I like that they had Wifi too. My only disappointment is the...

This is the worst place I've ever stayed... It is called a 4* hotel, but nobody speaks English, there's no English menu in the restaurant... Everyone smoking at the restaurant while you are eating breakfast... Rooms were full of dust... Corridors are dark... And to top it up, we had some stolen items inside our bags!! 2 new tops and...

I'm not exaggerating with the title of my review, neither am I giving the other hotels I have stayed in my most recent trip to China (to date) a score of zero, but this hotel really stood out from the others. It's a 4-star hotel, but quite worthy so. No complaints with my stay there except the quality of food...

Fortunately we were a group of 37 and 32 of these were Chinese. I was one of the 5 "foreigners". I definitely needed someone to help with translation as the staff had no English and I have no Chinese. Not even the Conceirge spoke English. The beds were really hard. Literally an innersprung base with no mattress. The final night...

Oh, my! If you are interested in a real Chinese hotel, give this place a go. (it's not close to old town though...location is not great.) Here are a few Chinese practices: The restaurant was inexplicably closed for dinner. There is no heat in any of the common rooms. You must wear your coat everywhere but your own room. Breakfast...

Stayed for 4 nights in June 2013. We took up 12 rooms as there were 24 of us. Some of our rooms were ok, but generally majority had complaints about either this or that. Bfast was just too plain simple on the first night but it eventually improved after we made numerous complaints to the management. Service is poor and...
