This was the best hotel we found during our tour of Indonesia. The rooms were very large and provided with all the amenities. The staff was very courteous and helpful. For breakfast there was a good spread and food was very tasty. The Wifi facility was also very satisfactory. This hotel could be recommended to anybody who needs an enjoyable stay in Jakarta.

This is not a European tourist hotel--no cafes -bars -shops-anywhere close by -- a really scruffy area- The night club/bar/karaoke was never open and only the restaurant/breakfast/room had meals and beer(until they ran out of beer) staff were very good, friendly, and helpful but apart from receptionists( and a very talented young chef) little English was spoken--rooms are huge and very clean...

The hotel itself was good in virtually all aspects but limited on facilities. The breakfast was excellent and the accommodation was good and clean. I would go back if their prices drop a little. A little pricey though for what you get especially location which was a little off track

Suitable for short stay, the room quite large, the room facility OK, the hot water could not fill up the whole tub, it’s become cold after 1 - 2 minutes the tab open. The breakfast food variance its good, but the taste not stable. The Fitness Center in the 10th floor is small but enough to do the regular exercise.

When we reached the hotel, hotel staff was not approachable at all. There was suppose to be a store in the hotel and it was not opened at all till we left on...

I stayed here for 2 nights at the deluxe room. This is the first time for me to stay at this hotel. The combined of the services, the cleanliness, and the facilities, I think my stay at the hotel is quite poor. When I first got into the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette all over the room....

Stayed almost a week. We booked an adjoining deluxe single and twin rooms. Within walking distance from roadside eateries in the Mangga Dua abd Mangga Besar areas. Breakfast was a hearty mix, with changes of a few dishes only every day. Food quality and variety were reasonably good. Rooms were relatively spacious and adequately furnished. But the carpet flooring was...
