The wahid hasyim guest house is quite difficult to find. No sign on street, just look for number 44. Our room was spacious and quite clean. The staff is helpful but a little slow. The mosquitoes are a problem, a few hours after chemical cleaning again mosquitoes in the room. Hot water and AC are good.

There 's no signage of this property. it totally looks like a house. located infront of paragon's hotel wahid hasyim. The room was nice. But the price is quiet high for a guest house without any breakfast. But they provide kitchen to hav some hot water. Our air condition also hot, and when we asked the staff to fixed it,... More

No sign board but the place is across the Paragon Hotel on Jl KH Wahid Hasyim. Its a quiet place with not more than 10 rooms but each room is huge for that price. Don't expect too much and you will enjoy your stay here with your small budget. No breakfast (but food is aplenty around the area) and not... More

The room we had was spacious with lots of storage space. It's in a good location - near to Jalan Jaksa & the train station.  The staff on reception were very friendly too.  If you are getting a taxi here, instruct the driver to go to Parragon Hotel which is opposite the guesthouse. Unfortunately our stay was ruined by the... More

We stayed here for 4 nights and once you get your bearings, it is a fairly central place to stay. We were surprised by the size of the rooms, not only were they huge, they were spotless and serviced on a daily basis. We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms, which is situated towards the back (Room 6 -... More

If you  are on a short budget.. If you are scary of missing a train in Gambir station on the following day, or in an appointment with American embassy, government headquarters, or in rush of getting a event at national museum. There are in addition to, of course, several other interesting places surrounding such as the presidential palace ang governatorial... More

Wanting to stay around Jalan Jaksa me and my friend circled the area for hours finding a nice place for a good rate. All the basic hotels/guesthouses on Jalan Jaksa are in such a poor condition and even if you are willing to pay a bit more (350.000rp or up) you run away screaming once you've seen the room. On... “Stay in a room towards the back for less traffic noise.”

“We had room number 4 Lotus a bit in the front. You can hear the traffic, but it's hard not to hear traffic in Jakarta. The rooms in the back might be a bit less noisy. Our room didn't have windows, but I loved it, because it's super big in corner shape.”
