Originally booked for two nights, however upon arrivals we change to one night instead. Okay, first of all, no body is made a welcome us, from the car stop at hotel entrance, we had to drag our own luggage to the reception. The hotel did not have elevator, although it was only two levels up, since my wife was six...

The exterior is great, fantastic. From the outside, lobby and the pool everything are great. But, it became a headache when you enter the room. The bed is not comfortable, the spring feels like already died. The bathroom has strong smell.

It had its glory days about 20 years ago perhaps and now it is an old and small hotel. The photos and the name dont justify its size. The room I had was a very small room like the old tune. It has a very small swimming pool and the lobby is not AC so very hot to sit in...

I'm arriving yogya earlier morning, with my little daughter with me, I should take her to morning bath. But suprise! The hotel give me free of charge check in earlier, it cost about 30% of the price room. The room is big and cozy but the bath room is small. Friendly crew hotel, and lovely view also. Love it! Ps:...

I really, really wanted to give this place an excellent review. The building is beautiful and in a fantastic location, the staff are some of the kindest and most friendly I have ever encountered, unfortunately the stay was difficult to say the least, not entirely the fault of the hotel but certainly unacceptable. We had 2 rooms for 2 adults...

We showed up to the room after a long day of traveling to find that there was little A/C in an incredibly hot room. After further inspection of the room we found dried blood and hairy, sticky stains all over the bed. The bathroom smelled horribly. After 20 minutes of checking in we realized we would not be able to...

There were literally blood, pubes, and unidentifiable other liquids all over the bed. When we told the manager they offered us a "fruit basket" to compensate. ARE YOU SERIOUS? If you stay in this hotel you will likely get infectious diseases from the atrocious lack of cleanliness and plethora of bodily fluids plastered around the guest rooms. If you are...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I got to meet the general manager of the hotel several times, who is a very kind and helpful man. The hotel is beautiful and our room was very comfortable and clean. Further, I really enjoyed the swimming pool. The location is great if you, like us, want to visit the centre and...
