My husband and I embarked on a weekend-honeymoon trip to the much talked about island in Palawan , Amanpulo. We started our trip with a very quiet and relaxed check-in at their exclusive lounge, with a delicous ensaymada bread and coffee while waiting for our flight. The plane is a very small one carrying around 19 passengers. However our plane... More

Despite it having been serious months since our stay because I enjoyed our trip so much I had to make sure to provide a review despite the time which has passed. I stayed in early April in both the tree-top and beach front villas and i have to say both are worth the stay and quite a different experience. The... More

This resort is beautiful in every way! The service is unmatched! The food in all restaurants are delicious! We've tried the private beach dinner and although the nature didn't cooperate with us the staff made sure that we are in a location comparable to beach dining! We've also tried their scuba diving excursions 3 days in a row and it... More

This is our second trip to Amanpulo. You can check my previous detailed review or our trip last year to compare. I am just going to focus on things that have changed since our last trip and things that I hope that they can still improve on. Firstly, of course the beach is still amazingly beautiful. Still the best beach... More

Room - very spacious bathroom, as big as the bedroom. it has complete toiletries and even a raincoat that you can borrow. Beach - fine white sand but not as fine as Boracay. Very clean and well maintained though. the water was even clearer than el nido so that was a nice surprise. feels like in paradise. Food - food... More

Overrated!!! We stayed at a villa with my family. We brought some food from Manila to be cooked in the villa. The cooking charge for one dish was 900 pesos. First, they never told us there was a cooking charge. Second, we never saw a chef which they say cooks the food to justify the steep price, and lastly, it... More

Stayed at Amanpulo for whole seven days, from Monday to Monday. We booked a villa with private pool, own chef and butler. Plus partly private access to the beach. From arrival to departure, we had the feeling of being in Paradise. Five stars is just not enough for Amanpulo. One star i for our sweet and extremely competant butler, Raymond.... More

Stayed for three nights in January at this absolutely amazing place. No wonder that A-listers are so happy to spend time here. The experience starts with a welcome at Manila airport by a Amanpulo rep, followed by a luxury vehicle transfer to the resort's comfortable lounge at the other side of the airport. Drinks and snacks are served while you... More

We travelled with two kids, four and two years old between Mar 31 to Apr 4. We had an amazing experience at Amanpulo, no matter hardware or software are just excellent! We stayed at the hillside casita, need to walk the stairs everyday. But it's fine for us, as kids can exercise their muscles. Room is very clean, no matter... More

One of the few places that I have nothing much to complain about. I'm pretty sure that we will return to this beautiful island. The beach is shallow, similar to the ones in maldives and bora bora, where you can enjoy swimming without having to worry about drowning! Aside from the rainy weather from the afternoon till evening, we enjoyed... More
