Love this hotel with its beautiful ventana pool. There is a minivan within this hotel to drive you around the hotel. There is a city mall outside the hotel so not afraid of not able to find any food. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is comfy and clean. Love playing the zipline too. I will be back again !

When I pay something expensive I expect something good, something that delivers. This hotel was a nightmare, First of all there is a huge golf park there, it occupies a big portion of the island (this alone is awful) , you need to wait for transport to get from anywhere in the resort, walking is PAINFUL because there are almost...

We spent 30 nights here on a diving and golf vacation and while certainly a couple of things need improving, the staff were extremely accomodating, warm, friendly and professional. Ralph and Desiree in the Verandah restaurant were fantastic as was Miss Daisy from guest services. It is obvious they truly care about their guests. We are Western with vegan diets...

This resort made our stay in Boracay absolutely wonderful. It's clean and the staff are very helpful and nice. The location is a bit far from the stations but no worries you have a shuttle every hour until 10 pm, otherwise you can take a tricycle for 50 pesos if you miss the last one. Plus the hotel has a...

We booked the superior double room and the picture shows that there is a balcony and that the room is spacious but that's not the case. The pictures in the websites under superior room is way different, it is actually small, NO BALCONY AND THE VIEW IS A ROOF AND back part of the hotel seeing other room windows! The...

Unfortunately my stay at Fairways and Bluewater Newcoast was pretty frustrating. I booked a Superior Room there two nights there (May 11-13) for me and my buddy while in Boracay. The pictures showed two queen beds so that’s what I booked. Upon arrival at the resort I went through a lengthy check in process and was ultimately sent to my...

the room was ok, i've found few things they can improve on their room condition but that was not important. I booked the primier room and it was so much different with the photos they've uploaded in their website. Here is what they say: Premier Unique Features •30 sqm •2 queen beds •Golf / El Camino Boulevard view •LCD TV...

Wow. This hotel from the time your get to the main gate all the way through the resort just makes you go wow. The resort is clean, tidy and has excellent security keeping everyone safe. Reception is great and they could not do enough for us at any time during our 9 days here. The swimming pools and private beach...

Reception unstructured but friendly. Due to size you will have to use a shuttle bus to get around. Initial rooms were not matching our booking, hostel level, overall building under renovation with scaffolding. Next rooms (after arranging and relocating for two hours) were just about acceptable despite having not seen any upgrades or thorough cleaning for years. Breakfast requires to...

This resort is too big for its own good. I wish we knew that before we booked! They have a shuttle bus which drives people around the resort and it's supposed to go every 15 minutes but in reality we ended up having to wait for at least half hour in the heat every time we wanted to go somewhere...
