In the past 6 years, we have visited Boracay several times. We ve stayed at expensive places, moderate priced accommodations & budget hotels. Each of them have their pro's and contra's. We tried to figure out the negative points for Villa Romero, but we just couldnt find one negative factor. Some people insist in staying at beachfront hotels. Go figure....

I stay at VR for 4 nights. their excellence service make me feel like home. They help me to arrange island hopping tour and attend to my service promptly. They provide hot & cold drinking water free of charge by water dispenser in the corridor. They are very generous by fill up the water bottle once it is empty even...

We were already in Boracay and needed somewhere new to stay. We just happened to see their cheap room prices and looked at some rooms. The lady was so friendly and said she'd keep the room for us. However, when we went to check-in a few days later they had given the room away. I was immediately skeptical. However, she...

Off peak season in Boracay starts on June 1. We were there 2 days before that so we had to endure high prices on almost everything - food, transportation, water activities, etc. So when I found out that Villa Romero (ranked # 1 out of the many B&B in Boracay) is offering their fan room at Php800 (good for 2) per...

We stayed here for 1 week in a Fan Room, which was a bit small, hot and stuffy, but fit our budget. The staff was really friendly, which made you feel at home. This place is in a great location and really close to the beach and lots of great restaurants. Our room was quite clean and had a really...

Home away from home Many hotels try this slogan, but few live up to the words. Vila Romero does. It is not a high end resort, but it is a family run, very nice little hotel that you will feel welcome at. In short: Nice and cleen rooms. 20 second walk to the beach, but enough distance so that you...

Just came back from a short visit to Boracay. It was not our first choice because we originally wanted a beachfront accommodation, this trip being our family's first to the island. I am thankful we decided to book Villa Romero. Hotel staff was the best! Very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the concern they showed when they learned I...

This hotel is very basic, but also very cheap! I stayed along with my teenage daughter and had a great time. Staff friendly at all times and accommodating - wifi didn't work in our original room so we were moved to a room at the other side of the building beside the router. Manager pointed out that there may be...

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights for only Php 1,000 per night and that was for 2 persons already. That was their off peak season rate. We stayed in their Standard Air conditioned room for 2 persons. It includes Cable TV, hot & cold shower, and closet for your clothes. The room is small but clean. Our...
