Incredible location given the price. The room is very basic but you get a comfortable bed with private bathroom with hot water & very little noise from station one shenanigans. Rooms have potential to get damp. Owners are welcoming & helpful.

I remember reserving rooms in Sunshine place when we were in airport na & waiting for our flight. Yung kausap ko, idk if its the owner, gave in to my request to give us discounts. Ang dali kausap. The good thing abt this place, parang it it bet station 1 & 2 & is accessible sa lahat. Paglabas mo ng...

I've always liked staying in a place not just close to the beach front but exactly in the beach front where I don't have to go down the elevator and walk through the lobby or the pool or the restaurant of what most "beach front" hotels offer. This place offers beach right outside your doorstep. Located at Station 1, aka...

September 22-24, 2014 1. Close to everything 2. Great room (Agatha and Diana), strong wifi signal, AC is working well, Hot & Cold water, cable TV 3. Great hospitality service by the owner. She even arranged our transfer to Kalibo with huge discount 4. She told us that if we are on a budget, we can try and eat at...

We spent three nights here over the weekdays. The location is excellent for the beach, convenient stores, market and restaurants. The room price is perfect for a wise budget layover. For your information this place is not a hotel but the accommodation is simply exceptional!

Stayed here twice already. First with my 3 other close friends and then with my partner. Tried both their 2 room types - the one can accommodate max of 4 with large bathroom and the other one infront of the building can fit just 2. The latter is a new building with 4 rooms. Dont expect the rooms to be...

If you're looking for a less costly place to stay, this is one you should consider. They have a room good for 3 and a room for four ( you just have to pay extra for the matress). Basic amenities are there like a/c, private shower room, cabled tv, and some toiletries. The location is very convenient. if you want...

The hotel was a bit hard to find because it was at the back of another beachfront hotel. The great thing about it was that it was only a few minutes walk to the beach, and if you feel like buying coffee, there's a nearby Starbucks. It is also not that far from Station 2. The room was not exceptional...

The room itself is good, nothing special. Bed is okay, linen is pretty hideous. The blanket is just too small to even be shared by two people. I came with my partner, poor boy, had to go without a blanket cause it just wasn't possible to share one. The location is perfect, just a few steps away from the beach,...

Booking was easy, and thanks to Kuya Roland that we met on KLO Airport hours before midnight. We arrived late, of course. The place was good enough for us, we can never be choosy for the time that we have. We booked an overnight stay the P2500 room was good enough for the four of us, two beds and two...
