We only stayed there for a night. There isn't really anything special about the place - entrance lobby and the rooms look old. But what made our stay pleasant was because of the very helpful staff. We wanted to get ourself some coffee after checking in and she was kind enough to offer us hot water and even gave us...

I stayed here for 5 nights, the room is really cheap. If you're looking for a chep place to stay while you're in Boracay and you want some privacy this place is good for you. The room is basic, the door was hard to close, I guess they need to fix some hinges or adjust it. Be mindful of important...

A bit disappointed with the view but air conditioned and unlimited wifi. Near to Bulabog beach. Place a bit creepy at night coz we had to walk back from White Beach. Staff very helpful which is a plus. It rained one night and the road got flooded.

Lacks security - Stealing staff The facilities at the Balai Capiz is average and it is mostly an option for people on budget. The rooms are small, located on the ground floor, with a tiny bathroom and an old and noisy air-conditioner. Expect plenty of mosquitoes. The reason I am giving it the worst score possible and not recommending anyone...

Arrived in Boracay Feb 20. I stayed in a nice 1 bedroom with a/c. Staff very friendly. Very quiet place away from the crowded white beach. Very private. I slept soundly every nite and refreshed. I would stay at this place again. Some brown outs so wifi was out.

Our first impression of Balai Capiz was that it was basic but clean and cosy. The little porches are perfect for an evening beer away from the crowds and our hosts were super friendly and helpful during our stay. The location makes walking to all attractions easy which saves you money as there's no need to take tuk tuks everywhere....

I visited Boracay in Feb 2014 for my birthday. We only stayed at Balai Capiz for our first night. Getting there was a nightmare because of all the roadworks going on so we had to carry our luggage over all of the rubble out in the street, but when we got to B.C I felt as ease. The staff working...
