We took some lessons here. The guys are fantastic Eric , Philippe our instructors were fantastic. Desi was also great. It also has accom above if needed but is only a short stroll from white beach. So location isn’t an issue.

We stayed for a week and few nights were noisy because of the party in the kitesurfing center. The room overlooked the sea with kitesurfers. But, we couldn't open the door in the morning as the stench was overwhelming. Almost whole of Boracay's sewage is drained in Bulabog beach. The bath area is open and in a corner of the room. Spend extra bucks and stay on the White Beach.

We loved it here! Our room was pretty.. big bed, artsy bathroom And tub. Sliding glass door that gave us a view of the beach And kitesurfers. Staff were friendly And very accommodating. We were quire sad that we only stayed for a night. Will definitely stay here again.

We booked this place after having stayed in a hostel, it was the same price but the room and facilities in the room were far nicer. The bathroom was looking a little tired but the rest of the room was clean and modern. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was only made up the once, this should really be daily in a hotel. The upstairs relax area is non existent, perhaps they are re doing it or just neglected it? Either way we were a bit gutted we couldn't chill out up there. The location is perfect, 5-10minute walk from dmall yet far enough away to miss all the crowds and noise of white beach etc.. The towels could do with replacing, we had holes and stains on ours, as did our bedsheets. The TV had plenty of channels to keep you occupied on a rainy day. The wifi was rubbish, but this is an island thing rather than a hotel problem I think. We had a ground floor room so we didn't have anywhere to hang our clothes out to dry which was a pain. The staff were very friendly :) Although there are a few negatives this place is great value for money for the area and I do still recommend staying here. We would stay again :) The hotel has great potential, I just hope they keep on top of it as would be a shame to see it go down hill!

The hotel is situated on bulabog beach which is the opposite side of the island from the main white sand beach. It's windy this side, hence the kite surfing but that makes for a interesting view to sit and watch with your morning brew. It is only a short walk to white sand beach so we thought the location was great. The room was spacious and clean with the bonus of simple cooking facilities. We had a ground floor so no terrace but you could sit out on the grass, upper floors have balconies. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar is open to the public and quite a nice place for a few beers before heading out. We ate here once for lunch and was good but quite a European menu. On the walk to white Sands there are a few bars / restaurants and, for different reasons, we would recommend Los Indios Bravos (excellent dinner), Lola (cheap tasty pizza) and Munchies (cheap dinner but very good)
