The title pretty much says it all. On thing that may be helpful. There is a short walk through an alley way to reach the hotel. It is not something you would envision in the USA but seems to be quite common in the Philippines. It is not problematic as the walk takes you to a quite lovely setting. It...

This place is a nice hideaway. As soon as you close the gate behind you, the crowds and sounds disappear. Straw Hat sits in the middle of a bunch of little inns/hotels. None of them come close to Dave's. Friendly, very attentive staff. The beach is quiet. There are bars and restaurants that line the beachfront. If you head up...

Hi! Stayed here last June 16-18 for a business trip and a little leisure. I chose to stay here because I read a lot of good reviews from others. Room- Simple and Clean Food- Very expensive but it taste good, but I would prefer to spend it in a better restaurant Location- Pretty long walk to get into the main...

We had a very pleasant stay here. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the welcome drink on arrival was very refreshing. The cottages had everything that you could need and it was very nice to be able to have a drink on your own private terrace. The location is great if you want to avoid the hustle and...

Its cheap, clean, simple rooms. Very nice people from DaveStraw, always smiling. Recommended on a budget & long trips Else, its far from station 2 (happening place), so if you dont want to walk too much everyday, if your stay is less than 3 or 4 days, try to get a hotel near Station 2 and probably beach front one....

We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights this June 2016. They just had a small signage for recognition. At first, I thought that it is just a cheap hotel because of the rate but I was wrong. As soon as we got there, I was amazed by the ambiance. The staff were all smiles and the welcoming drink...

Dave's Straw Hut Inn is a hidden gem in Boracay. Location wise, at first I found it far from mainstream action, since it is located at the far end of station 3. But once you enter, the place is cozy and homey. We found it as a nice retreat from the busy Boracay action. In all of our four nights...

I would recommend Daves Staw Hat Inn . Room is very clean , with air conditioning plus ceiling fan. The staff are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble for them . It's only 2 minutes walk to the lovely white sandy beach . Price is also very reasonable

We stayed there for 2 nights this May. Overall it is a very quaint and affordable place on station 3 esp. during the peak season. Special thanks to the staff who were very friendly and always ready to help. Loved the clean room and bathroom. They have a small library of books you can borrow. The less crowded station 3...

Stayed with Dave's for 4 nights in earlier May. First, the welcome drink is AWESOME after all the heat from the travelling. Throughout the stay, the staff were all friendly and helpful. There was a short circuit one night but they came and rectify right away which didn't cause us any trouble at all. Awesome staff of Dave. If you...
