Our room was the first one from the restaurant, just at the entrance. While there is a CCTV on the end of the hallway, there is no other type of security to ensure nobody would be able to access these rooms since the concierge is located inside, no way to screen people from coming in an out. Given the location...

My stay in the hotel was awesome, the staffs are friendly, polite and very helpful. The room we stayed in has a good ambiance but the only problem is that every night time there are mosquitoes and the bathroom needs a door other wise it would have been perfect for me. I really enjoyed the restaurant. The breakfast was really...

For choosing a hotel, the only things i check is first is the price, the location, and safety ofcourse that's the few things and for my 2nd category is the cleanliness and service. Overall was not that amazing but Mandarin Island Hotel provided our hotel needs for our 5 day stay.

The hotel has a perfect location it's in the station 2. The problem you can encounter is the smoke every where there is no designated smoking area for smokers, also the room in beach view is really noisy this is the result of bulding hotel beside so many bar around it.

My stay at Boracay Mandarin in the Juanito suite was an absolute treat thanks to the staff and the manager who were so very helpful, professional and warm-hearted. Based on Station 2, we made the most of our stay in Boracay without having to travel or walk a fair distance. Lily, the manager of the resort was an absolute angel along with the coureous and friendly staff who are exceptionally kind and...

Boracay is the first foreign city i had ever visited and I had high expectations. The Hotel is as pretty as it looks in the pictures. The swimming pool with its blue waters is at the entrance and it adds to the beauty of this place. We had a tough trek with our luggages and were desperate for some help-...

I am rating the Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel with a 1 (really a zero) for the poorest customer service I have ever encountered in 40 years of traveling. My family and I were to stay at this hotel at a time of the year when typhoons are not supposed to occur (Dec 2015). However, a typhoon hit the day we...

I stayed at the Boracay Mandarin Island hotel for 3 memorable nights, thanks to the courteous hotel staff for making it a splendid experience. First off, it is recommended to take the hotel transfer from the airport...very convenient especially if you have lots of luggage. Otherwise be prepared to carry them across the beach yourself. We opted for the premier...

I booked 1 deluxe family room and 1 deluxe room. Upon checking in, the deluxe room was upgraded to premier room with seaview for free. Check in/check out was smooth. If you have a late afternoon flight, you can leave your things to their luggage area so you can maximize your time. The rooms were spacious and whatever request from...
