We have originally planned a trip with my 1-year old son and 14-year old nephew, and needed accommodations accordingly. Shangri la did not have a suit available for the dates we were looking, so we opted for the next best - Mandarin. The prices were ok, and for some reason the bell did not go off in my head when...

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Mandarin Island Hotel. Weary from the hustle and bustle of Manila the personable service of LLoyd, Faith and Vennessa made our stay so much more than just another hotel experience. The hotel is centrally located in the most popular areas of Boracay. Excellent nightly entertainment and meals in the the restaurant. If...

The Boracay Mandarin Island Resort is the kind of place that allows you to relax & unwind and yet is right on White Beach so you can party as well. The staff are the real gems in this safe, clean, well-kept & comfortable resort. My poolside king size bedroom was as comfortable as I could expect. The bathroom was spacious...

On the first night of our stay, I thought the band playing by the entrance of the hotel will be an issue but I slept like a baby. The sound of the fountain by the pool has a soothing sound and made me sleep well. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of food from Italian, Asian, American to Filipino food....

We visited Boracay Mandarin during my birthday last year, stayed for 4 days and was surprised with an impeccable service and excellent overall experience. All their staff were hospitable and their manager (Ms. Lily) is very hands on and gives everyone a beautiful smile when she’s in the area. She’s also very friendly and ensures that hotel guests and diners...

I came here for a week with my boyfriend for our year anniversary and we couldn't have left happier!! Not only did they upgrade us to an incredible private pool suite right in the beach at a reasonable price but they were always prompt to help us whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The location was incredible, right in...

Stayed 5 nights at the Boracay Mandarin and much like the other reviews enjoyed 1st class service. We were lucky to join General Manager, Lily Po, on our transportation ride to the island where she guided us to the hotel. During this journey we mentioned that we were thinking of adding another night to our trip but were hesitant because...

Good location white powdery sandy beach on door steps of mandarin hotel. We we'r located in room 220 first floor, rooms are big with sea view , but bathroom was disgusting and very smelly outdated ,after complaining two days they moved us to pool side room. Beautiful big room and clean bathroom. After two days I got bored with repeated...
