The plane we took had problems and we couldn't land in Caticlan as scheduled and ended up being 2 hours later to the airport, so we were worried because we had scheduled transportation through the hotel, but they were waiting for us anyway! Then they helped us...

Our first trip to Boracay and we were impressed from the moment we were stepped out of the airport, we were greeted and taken for our quick boat ride to the island then swiftly taken by van to the hotel. As requested our room was decorated with rose petals. Check in was pleasant and our room perfect for a couple...

We had a wonderful time at the Boracay Mandarin Resort. I would highly recommend this resort/hotel to anyone planning a getaway in Southeast Asia! The staff was very courteous, friendly, and attentive to our needs. While our room was extra clean, spacious, and nicely decorated with the island/exotic motif. Needless to say, we were very impressed. Our room was overlooking...

I simply love it. The attendants are very hospitable and friendly. Made my stay worthwhile. Facilities functioning well, no delays. My stay made me feel like I'm home. Lastly, the location and distance to the beach and to various famous landmarks are nearby.

I have booked a deluxe room in this beachfront hotel and after entering the room I got absolutely furious as our balcony was facing the wall of the hotel. It was two metres away from the balcony and we did not see anything else apart from the wall. The room was really dark, as no sunlight could get there!!! I...

We stayed at Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel for 4 nights in January. The rooms were clean and spacious, the resort was beautiful and premium placed and the staff were accommodating and friendly - including Ms Lily Po - who made sure our stay was nothing short of what we expected from such a holiday! Would happily recommend to everyone!
