Awesome service from the Concierge Desk, Nothing was a problem! and especially the Gentlemen that stood outside ensuring our shuttle's and taxi's arrived and departed satisfactorily offering very helpful advise when asked. Free shuttle service provided for guests to nearby sister Hotels, allowing access to a greater area. Really nice restaurants nestled within walking distance around the river, Large shopping...

I have stayed in this hotel 3 times now with work, the first trip was because of the great price that included breakfast and 2 pieces of laundry a day. A life saver when your in Singapore for 2 weeks and it's 30+ outside with high humidity. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, they are only to happy to...

It may not be as central to Clarke Quay as the Merchant Court hotel is, but it's only a few minutes walk away. There's no need to cross the busy road outside to get there as there is a pedestrian subway to take you to the riverside. The staff here are friendly and helpful, and breakfast is OK. There's no...

Breakfast was good..so as their light refreshments served all day. The pool was ok, although not as what we expected to be same in photos. This hotel is in robertson quay so...

She offered us an upgrade to the Crystal Club rooms as she had a room available straight away (we arrived at 8am in the morning due to our flight) however she did stipulate that it was perfectly up to us and that there...

Excellent hotel, very helpful staff in good location close to Clarke Quay with its numerous restaurants and bars. We were advised when we arrived that our room had been upgraded so we had a room with a lovely view over Clarke Quay.

This was our first visit to Singapore and Park Hotel played a big part in it being a memorable trip. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend upgrading to Crystal Club Class.

Neighbourhood Profile
The Quays
From Marina Bay, a walk along Singapore River will take you through the three Quays of the city, each offering a very different atmosphere. Boat Quay features historical sites and a buzzing riverfront vibe. Clarke Quay caters to the party crowd, while Robertson Quay appeals to the leisurely wanderer. Weekends at Robertson Quay and Martin Road also give a peek into the lives of expats in Singapore, as the riverfront teems with joggers, dog walkers, and those getting their caffeine fix over brunch or enjoying a burger and a beer. No matter what you’re up for, the three Quays have something to keep you happy, day or night.
