We have stayed at this Hotel several times and would return. We agree that the rooms are slightly small but this is compensated by the helpful and friendly staff. The facilities of the Crystal Club were excellent and made our latest stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location and our food and drinks were of a...

Nice spotless hotel with well appointed rooms. Fabulous outdoor pool which reminded us of the one as Caesars Palace in Vegas with classical columns around the pool and the white hotel towering above. Take an evening swim to relax before dinner. And there comes the downside, the hotel is on the end of the popular riverside area so anywhere to...

Dear MDB-Bham The hotel shuttle bus main route is to our sister hotels and also to couple of main attractions like Orchard Road and City Hall. As for the bus not functioning in the afternoon, this should not have happened. It does run the routes in the afternoon. Pls allow to verify matter. Thank you. Dino Lim General Manager

Although this Hotel ticked the boxes for most we required & was clean but there was just something lacking. It is between Clarke Quay/Robertson Quay & easily walkable to both, Orchard Road, Boat Quay, Marina Bay, Chinatown etc. Concierge were ALWAYS friendly but it is a transient, business Hotel & although we were there 5 nights I just felt no...

Dear judeloc It is concerning to receive comments that there is no effort required by our staff to deliver excellent service. We are concerned and have reminded staff that this kind of impression to guests should not be there. As for the drawers in the guest room, hotel does have the mobile wardrobe for guests with many luggage. We do...

The hotel is ideally situated for the numerous restaurants & bars on Roberts on Quay. Whilst the rooms are small the overall standard around the hotel is high. All the staff are very helpful and the rooms are well cleaned. We ate in the restaurant each night of our 3 day stay. There was a discount offer on meals with...

Very good location, within easy walking distance of the subway station and with a shopping mall next door, but yet a peaceful spot with easy access to the riverside walk. We had a room on the club floor, it was quite big for a city hotel, and nicely furnished. The club floor also has a nice lounge with free soft...

Professional pick up from airport, check in was smooth and efficient. Room is OK size and decent bathroom with food shower pressure. Sheets were comfortable and high quality, though found the mattress to be a little worn as could feel some springs coming through. Location is great as right next to Clarke quay and near the underground train. The pool...

Nice rooms. Nice pool. Good service and close to Clark quay. What's not to like. We stayed here over Chinese new year. We liked the place and the staff were great. The pool area was not crowded and well kept. The food on offer was very good. Would definitely go back.

The Quays
From Marina Bay, a walk along Singapore River will take you through the three Quays of the city, each offering a very different atmosphere. Boat Quay features historical sites and a buzzing riverfront vibe. Clarke Quay caters to the party crowd, while Robertson Quay appeals to the leisurely wanderer. Weekends at Robertson Quay and Martin Road also give a peek into the lives of expats in Singapore, as the riverfront teems with joggers, dog walkers, and those getting their caffeine fix over brunch or enjoying a burger and a beer. No matter what you’re up for, the three Quays have something to keep you happy, day or night.
