Stayed two nights location good for public transport and local market around the corner was absolutely fantastic. We arrived early and the manager had a room nearly available so we waited for it. Well it was very small and would not recommend it, hand basin in the shower was not

Hotel staff were friendly and common areas charming.

My room was dissappointing as very little natural light and big permanent shutters in the window which made it feel prison like.

Upon arrival bathroom was not properly clean as there was an old cake of soap still there and bl

Loved the location in a heritage area and close to delicious hawker markets where there was always something new to try. Only problem at the hotel was the air - conditioner which blew cold air on to us as we tried to slept, if you turned it off the room got too hot and stuffy.

The overall stay was good . The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcomed and home The room was a little bit small and dark. I would suggest to install some power plugs over the side table at the bed to ease the connection of laptop e.c.t.

I really liked the location. Tiong Bahru is a lovely neighbourhood and the hotel is really close to the food centre which is definite must-visit. The hotel is old but without the old-time charm unfortunately. Don't expect Maison Borella. Rooms are tiny but clean.

Hi. Can I ask about transportation to Mapletree Business Center. Is it fairly convenient from uour hotel? Thanks.
Transportation anywhere in Singapore is super convienient. I would suggest downloading the Grab app and using it. Extremely reasonable prices, quick pickup, clean cars and friendly drivers.

Hi, StarManFlorida. What would you like to know about this accommodation? How far is this hotel from the port of Singapore ? My wife and I are taking a cruise in November of this year and we wish more information regarding this city.
Its only 5-10 min walk to either Tiong Bahru or Outram MRT stops - or catch the bus right outside the hotel!

Hi is there a shuttle service from changi terminal 1 to this hotel? How much and how long is the travel? Thank you
Yes, there is airport shuttle bus/ operated by others. Booking ahead of time is recommended. Cost about $10 to $12 SGD. Travel time 30 to 45 minutes. Hope this answer to your question. Thank you.

Do you have a pool? Are there any playgrounds nearby for children? Do you have bike hire nearby?
The pool is very small but still nice. I don't think there would be anywhere nearby that would rent out bicycles as this hotel is in suburbia and not downtown. I think there was a park about 10 minutes walk from the hotel but I couldn't be sure .
