I like this place. Cheap, clean and located in strategic place. The bathroom always in clean condition. The room was quite at the night. So we can sleep or reading comfortly. This place nearby souvenir market. Love it. The receptionis was nice and friendly. He helped me to change my money. It is good hostel for backpacker.

Stay away from this hostel. The beds are full of bed bugs. Managed to kill like 4 of them. Complained to the management and she got mad at me and said that I was the first to complain about it. My body was full of bites! The free breakfast was only 1 piece of slice bread. Beyond that you will...

This room is as cheap and basic as it gets in Singapore, but I can't fault it. There's just enough space to make friends, but the dorms aren't too big for it to be rowdy. Overlooking the Sacred Buddha Tooth Temple, and just a stones throw from Chinatown, close the the MRT, plenty of food options (Erich's Wuerstelstand is must!)....

The bedsheets are changed daily upon requests. Otherwise, they will be replaced with clean sheets weekly for guests staying longer than 4 days. Guests are informed when they check in that breakfasts are served between 7AM and 9AM. There is also a notice at the reception counter that the cleaning hours are from 12NN to 3PM, and the reception is...

Staying in Chinatown

Neighbourhood Profile
Chinatown
Chinatown is a classic combination of colourful sights, enticing smells, and sometimes startling sounds. The precinct is unique, however, in its blending of religions and cultures. A Hindu temple, an Islamic mosque, and a Chinese Buddhist temple sit almost side by side. This sense of cultural harmony continues as you venture just outside of Chinatown to the nightlife areas of Club Street and Duxton Hill. There you’ll mingle with Singapore’s multicultural residents at the modern bars and restaurants dotting the bustling streets. An afternoon in and around Chinatown will leave you culturally enlightened, well fed, and loaded with souvenirs. In the evening, reward yourself with a well-deserved cocktail as the locals come out to play.
