Not sure what other purpose of the pink light is other than making it look cool, though I suspect it's supposed to make your first impression go, "wow", rather than, "oh this room is small".

Yotelair Singapore Changi earns praise for its prime location within the Jewel complex, making it a hit for those seeking easy access to the airport, shopping, and dining. While the modern design and cleanliness of the rooms are appreciated, some guests have called out issues such as maintenance inconsistencies and small room sizes. Opinions on service are mixed, with mentions of both friendly staff and less-than-stellar encounters. Moreover, the value proposition is often questioned, as the cost is perceived to be high for the basic, compact accommodations provided.

We stayed at YotelAir Changi for one night late December. For our requirements YotelAir was perfect. The Premium Queen Cabin was larger than expected with enough room to manoeuvre around our two suitcases providing we placed them upright against the wall after we had taken what we needed from them. The bed was very comfy indeed and the idea of the electric tilt and lower was fabulous. Raise up and you have a place to sit comfortably whilst watching the TV and lower, you have a bed! The bathroom was a good size, not much different to some normal hotel rooms and it all worked very well indeed. I had been a little cautious of not having a window, but it didn’t bother me in the slightest once I saw what the room was like. The location inside Jewel was unbeatable, just a one minute walk from the door and you were gazing down into the fabulous amphitheater of Jewel. It is worth staying here for this alone! The breakfast was good, a selection of cereals and pastries. You could toast some bread and have a great Cappuccino from a coffee machine. There was an attendant there to help and he was such a nice guy, even sneaked us some muffins to take away to have with our coffee back in the cabin. For an overnight layover at Changi, for value for money and comfort as well as convenience - you can’t go past YotelAir.

After arriving at the airport early and tired, I booked a YotelAir room for the minimum 4 hours for SGD $100 so I could dump my carry on bag in the room, wander Jewel and then come back for a couple of hours nap and quick shower to refresh.

Whilst it’s not cheap for the 4 hour rate, it was worth every cent to me to be able to grab a sleep and a shower.

The rooms are cabin size which wasn’t a problem for me, and bathrooms are fully equipped with towels and toiletries, even a hairdryer and toothbrush and toothpaste packs. Plus 2 small bottles of water complimentary.

Only issue on leaving my room when departing was that the door wouldn’t lock so I advised reception on my way out.

Would I stay here again? Yes.

Located at 4th floor of Jewel Changi Airport, if traveler is in transit and out from airside, this hotel is ideal for catching quick rest or have good sleep.

Although room is small and no window, it is well designed and never felt too small or feel confined. There is good space for putting big luggage under the bed.

Room is equipped with minimal amenities such as body wash, shampoo, dental kit, bath towel, hair dryer and bottled water.
No bathrobe, slippers and coffee and tea making facility.

Staffs are attentive, helpful and welcoming.

Pros:
Our second time here because it was just so convenient for a last night's stay before our flight - no need to rush to the airport (since we're just 10 minutes walk away from our departure terminal), and having the time to explore the amazing Changi Jewel late into the night and have our accommodation right upstairs.

Kiddos loved the fact of staying at a mega posh mall with lots to see and do, waking up to the view of a gigantic indoor water fall at breakfast, and the fun bunk beds in the family room. Excited to see the robots at work too.

Cons:
Booking system not standardized. Called in few days before checking in to find out why we were charged more than online rates but were told by reservation staff that HER back end system showed we got the best rates. Strange.

Hotel itself seemed a little shorthanded and there was almost no food left for breakfast by 9am. Staff came to check on and to top up the food much later. Though breakfast was chargeable at S$10 per person, there were no checks on who could enter the breakfast area so it felt like anyone could have just swooped in for free breakfast.

We stayed in the YotelAir Changi for two nights in March. We arrived from Australia late on Sunday evening, and flew out again early on Tuesday morning. The walk from Terminal 1 to and from the hotel was unbeatable - so easy and quick.

At check in we were temperature checked with little fuss, and quickly sent upstairs to our room.

My mother and I each had our own room, and they were perfect for 1 person - 2 people would also be ok as long as you were prepared to be very close. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. There were water bottles, hand and body wash, toothbrushes, hairdryer - everything you need for a quick stay.

The Changi Jewel complex is amazing, so many food and shopping options right outside the hotel door. The garden is very relaxing and definitely worth exploring.

We visited Singapore downtown on our full day, we walked over to the train station in Terminal 2 which took about 10 mins each way.

We would definitely stay there again, and in fact i'm looking forward to going back with my husband when the world gets back to 'normal'.

Stayed for four nights as soon as the hotel reopened for staycations because of home renovations and a wisdom tooth surgery. Check-in was smooth and fuss-free, found my way to my room which was tucked in a quiet corner after getting a little lost (way finding design could have been better) at first ... understand that the hotel has had several bookings during my stay but never did run into anyone apart from the hotel staff during this time. Staff were very polite and helpful, especially since I couldn't speak halfway through my stay.

Room is definitely very clean, very quiet but also very tight for two persons. Honestly, their premium queen is perfect for solo travellers. The shower area could have been better designed given that it makes the floor wet as others have also pointed out.

Housekeeping is definitely my favourite here - the unseen unsung heroes kept my room clean, replenished complimentary bottles of water and made sure I had fresh towels every single day. Thank you!

very small room - and just because it is at the airport is has the possibility to be so expensive. Else it would be worth maybe 50SGD per night... room rate not even include breakfast! Rooms are NOT soundproofed towards other guests - and sometimes these are making a lot of noise. Room is not very dark because there are LEDs everywhere - the TV, the smoke detector, the plug

If you can't get a late enough checkout and don't want to pay for an extra night and you don't want to take your chances with a shower used by others at a crowded lounge, four hours at a Yotel will do you right. Yes the "cabin" is small but it has everything you need for a nap and shower and you can book just four hours. Easy decision if you like spending a little for creature comforts.

Booked a family room at this hotel since we had a late arrival (11pm). It may take some weaving around the airport up to the hotel ( just make sure you get into the right elevator as they have one near them) . I booked through their website and I requested them for a room near the reception area since I was with my elderly parents and they really gave me a room that was accessible. The family cabin was nice with all the amenities we needed. Some might think its a bit small but again they have unique ways of placing the practical things you need for your stay. We previously stayed in yotel hotel in Orchard road (2018) and the rooms are actually similar. I love that you can adjust the bed , very helpful for my parents who had a very restful sleep. We were able to go around the complex early the next day, the rain vortex can even be viewed from the hotel. We had breakfast at the food court below and was able to explore the canopy park I think 1 -2 floors up. The people at the reception were very helpful, even allowing us to extend our stay for a few hours, so my parents can explore the place. When in Singapore, you might want to try this hotel Either upon arrival or the day before your flight.

We have an almost 24 hours transit on our way from Jakarta to Hanoi via Singapore, since we haven’t visited Jewel Changi, so we thought we should explore it since it’s so big and new. When we try to find a close by hotel to sleep in during our transit, we saw this Yotelair and when we saw the room size and picture, it’s too interesting and we decided to book it.
When we enter the cabin (that’s how they called their room), we already expect it to be a small size room, so we already prepared to not bring a big luggage, just one carry-on for the 2 of us, and it fits right under the bed. Our bed is a queen size which can be a sofa as well. The one thing that I don’t like is, the TV is so big and so close from the bed which kinda hurt my eyes, but my husband loves it 😅
We do recommend this hotel for those who aren’t looking to go out from Changi during their transit and also without any big luggage bags because your cabin will be jammed packed with it.

Yes, they can store your luggage for you. And apparently if your luggage is oversize and doesn't leave room in your cabin, you can also leave your bags in their storage. Another option is checking in early, it costs I think about $20 per hour.

I think you’d have to go through security but yes the Yotel books by time not per night. Nice and clean but our room was tiny especially with 2 suitcases.
