The best part about the hotel is its location which is very well connected to all public transportation. The bus stop, the subway and even the coach pickups...

The hotel lobby does not have space even for standing when the crowd comes. The staff are totally in human. Even for basic amenities like bath towel, soap, other things you actually need to beg them. Restaurant is a fish market, no space even to move around. The bearers used to shout and talk nonsense. The bath area does not...

We stayed in triple room. Facilities per se - reasonable hotel except the Dining and breakfast hall. Breakfast was routinely unpleasant experience. :( Wi-Fi is namesake - very slow. They have blocked what's app. Gmail worked. Location: it has a good location, close to "Little India" metro station, food joints and few shopping areas. Sleep quality is reasonable - could...

Staying in Little India

Neighbourhood Profile
Little India
With a strong local Indian community, this pocket of Singapore can feel like another place and time. Wander past traditional barbershops while local residents in brightly coloured saris patronize retailers from decades past. Peruse streets lined with colourful shops as the aroma of curry tempts you to indulge. Listen to the Bollywood music echoing from storefronts and take in the stalls selling bright flowers, fabrics, and spices. At the 24-hour, four-level Mustafa Shopping Centre, you can shop through the night and find everything from pharmacy and grocery items to Bollywood DVDs and diamond necklaces. Singapore’s Little India offers a colourful, lively taste of the subcontinent and is well worth the visit.
