This is the second time I stayed here, one of the reasons was the location and MRT access. Taxi journey from and to the airport is less than 30 mins, costs us around $23 - $35. We stayed at the Club room this time and glad that we did. The room was spacey and clean. The bathroom had a big bathtub and the shower had great water pressure. The only downside was no power point in the bathroom so I had to use hair dryer/ hair styler near the bed or the work desk which was not convenient. The staff from the concierge to the Club lounge were lovely and helpful. We stayed during Christmas and the club lounge provided amazing turkey dinner and drinks options - it was a memorable time to spend Christmas night over there. Kudos to all the Club staff, and special shout out to Candy for being super amazing and for making our stay extra memorable. Thank you Oasia team, we’ll see you again next time.

The location of the hotel is great, right by the metro, with a shopping mall and lots of restaurants around. About 10 minutes metro to all main areas of the city. The pool is great, with two smaller jacuzzis, sun beds and towels, and a sauna. In general it was a nice stay, but there were some issues that the hotel needs to deal with soon. The breakfast dishes such as plates and glasses were mostly dirty or sticky everyday. We stayed there 5 nights and only TWICE the room was cleaned, despite us leaving the "make up room" sign on everyday. We questioned about it and they said that they "don't know why" it wasn't cleaned. When they cleaned, once they didn't refill the shower gels and shampoos, basically only made up the beds and cleaned the trash. There was a bad smell in the shower area, like mold, that needed to be cleaned. Staff wasn't the most friendly at front desk, but staff at the restaurant were great. For the price they charge, you would expect a little better service and cleaning than what is being done now.

My stay at this hotel left a lot to be desired. My feedback below:
Negatives: Check-in experience. The guy checking us in didn’t bother telling us about any amenities or what’s nearby. All he was interested in was ensuring I paid upon check-in Breakfast: firstly it’s a very small spread. The only thing I liked was the omelet, but even the taste would vary a lot from one day to another Service: Most of the Restaurant staff came across very rude. They need to be trained on how to support families with kids. They would ask guests to avoid side tables, since they were to prep them for breakfast. At one point, I heard them even push people out at 10:30AM (breakfast closing time), saying thank you. How rude! On one occasion they wouldn’t even allow us to bring in a pram in the restaurant. Also, despite spending SG$270/ night, they wouldn’t even bring breakfast to your room, if someone was unwell. I got the sense the restaurant & hotel was employees did not work hand in hand Cleanliness: This was a hit & a miss. Upon giving feedback, however, they would make sure the room was clean. Room size & cot: again this was a let down. They had a very old & jaded metal cot Minibar: there was no fridge in the room, but a tiny empty sad looking minibar
Positives: Bellboys were extremely courteous & willing to go the extra mile. Location was great. It connected to the MRT & the hotel is in the hospital district & overall very conveniently located. There are some good food options in Square2 Mall across the street (like Once upon a thyme, a Mexican roll place, Ton coffee, etc.)
All in all, it was a very very poor experience staying here. I wish we stayed in an Airbnb in this vicinity. I wonder how this hotel can be classified as a 4 star, with such poor service standards. I checked Dusit Thani & other airbnbs in Singapore & they are definitely much better value than staying at Oasia Novena

Great room with great views! The room was very well controlled with their temperature, shower water pressure was amazing, continuous hot water, very modernised room, wish there were more plugs and mirrors around the room though, otherwise no complaints. I'm currently writing this review watching the sunrise from Oasia Novena and we have had 3 nights/4 days in this lovely hotel before we leave for Bali.
Rooms were nice, great views overlooking pools and skyline. Amenities in the room were great including a hair dryer, robes and slippers. Fabulously large bed, amazing shower and room cleans/towel changes available daily if needed. We had a nespresso coffee machine and fridge in room.
Staff were all great, kind and helpful. A tip would be that if you have an early arriving flight, pack a seperate bag with wash bits, swimming gear or a day outfit. When you get to the hotel, even though you may not be able to check in (although you can pay for early check in) there are outside showers and large toilet cubicles on floor 25 by the pool, so you could do a quick change and either rest by the pool until check in or go out for the day, leaving your luggage at the bag drop in reception.
The hotel is a two minute walk from a complex that houses anything you might need. Starbucks, coffee shops, restaurants, a KFC, smaller eateries, a couple of food shops etc.
The hotel sits above the MRT so really easy access to the subway and days out. A tip would be to try and work out where the hotel lift/walkway is early on when exiting/entering the MRT, as the complex is attached so you can end up walking around like a maze.
Novena sits on the central line so any key MRT stations are no longer than half an hour away and you can either buy a top up card or use a bank card to enter/exit. We have used the MRT daily and it hasn't exceed ÂŁ3pp.
I would fully reccomend popping to Clarke Quay for an evening and to Satay Street which is to the side of Lau Pa Sat. We came as adults only but would be lovely for families also.
The only slight negatives that we have found are that the walkway to the hotel closes at 11pm, so after this you have to walk around the complex to get to the hotel if you are coming back a little later on the evening via MRT (runs till 12am) and that there aren't any bars open past 10/10.30pm close to the hotel for an alcoholic beverage. But again these are not really the hotels issues. If we returned to Singapore we would stay again. It's been a wonderful start to our trip.

We stayed 3 nights at Oasia Novena. We picked the hotel because it was close/at the MRT station, in a slightly less touristy area, and had extra amenities with club level access. We arrived around 9am and got an early check in. The hotel is nice and modern, but slightly worn in some places. However having access to the club level was worth it!! We enjoyed the amazing breakfast, happy hour, pool and area on the 22nd floor/club level. Along with the club level access came perks of 2 pieces of laundry per day and 15-min massage on certain days. The breakfast and happy hour menu changed slightly every day so there was always new food or drink of the day to try. And the service… it was AMAZING! Especially Candy in the evenings at happy hour! She was so sweet, friendly and provided amazing service! We enjoyed coming to happy hour because of her. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!!
