Last time I go to this hostel is with my parents and sister. We are really enjoying 2 nights staying here. The room and bathroom are clean, the staff give us a warmth service, and we love to enjoy the breakfast every morning. They give a lot of fruit and cereal, with jam and toast for the guest.

It is a bit expensive, but it is nice, clean, there is free breakfast (just don't try the cereals). It is in china town and close to metro station, even though i walked mostly. There is a 9$ shuttle that can be booked from or to the airport. Wifi is quiet good and free!

I travelled alone to Singapore for a little getaway and really enjoyed my stay at Wink Hostel. First of all, the staff were incredibly friendly, personable and very knowledgable of the area. There was an instance where my ladder for my bunk bed had a small crack. I didn't notice it, however the staff did and moved me to a...

Quietly tucked away, but a great place to stay. Welcoming staff, clean rooms and shower facilities. Breakfast room is good, with a selection of juices, cereals, toast, tea and coffee. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

the location is walking 2 min from china town mrt station from where you can go anywhere in this city. the food in china town is most delicious! the pods, the hotel and the bathrooms are tidy (just like the rest of Singapore). they have single and double pods, which is quite unusual for a container hostel i guess. very...

Really enjoyed my stay at this hostel. It was clean and felt safe. The breakfast is simple but good. Bathrooms and kitchen are always clean. It's conveniently located near Chinatown station so it's easy to go around sg. Would definitely stay here again tho it is no much of a social hostel.

Stayed at this place and was really impressed. Basic necessities were all provided and it was very reasonably priced to stay the night here. Stayed in the mixed dorm. Lockers were key card controlled which was good and there's plenty of luggage space beneath the beds to store your items. Breakfast was also provided. Showers were separated by gender and...

Overall, really lovely hostel with a lot of space for privacy. I found the upper bunk bed somewhat difficult to climb into. I couldn't access the wifi in the room, but it seemed like others could. While the rooms are well air conditioned, all of the common areas are not air conditioned. The bathrooms and showers were the best I've...

Wink is very nice and clean. Basic breakfast provided. Not the most social place but nice if you want a bit more privacy. Note that the internet connectivity is poor in some rooms but great in the lounge.

Staying in Chinatown

Neighbourhood Profile
Chinatown
Chinatown is a classic combination of colourful sights, enticing smells, and sometimes startling sounds. The precinct is unique, however, in its blending of religions and cultures. A Hindu temple, an Islamic mosque, and a Chinese Buddhist temple sit almost side by side. This sense of cultural harmony continues as you venture just outside of Chinatown to the nightlife areas of Club Street and Duxton Hill. There you’ll mingle with Singapore’s multicultural residents at the modern bars and restaurants dotting the bustling streets. An afternoon in and around Chinatown will leave you culturally enlightened, well fed, and loaded with souvenirs. In the evening, reward yourself with a well-deserved cocktail as the locals come out to play.
