The hotel is rightfully placed on orange grove road and had excellent food and desserts...
And most important is the courteous staff...always smiling and never say no attitude.

Absolute perfection. My husband and I stayed in the Valley Wing at the start and end of our cruise and could not fault it in any way, it was pure paradise. Our room was magnificent and all the public areas were so elegant and comfortable....More
Prior to our cruise we spent 2 nights and it was wonderful. The hotel is in a great location for getting around and has many restaurants and stores within walking distance. The fitness center is great.

Well, we stayed in the tower ( on the 19th floor) rooms very comfortable, so I don’t know anything about either the valley or the garden, the garden seems to overlook the swimming pool area. Sorry can’t be of more help.
I am not sure that it would be worth doing that in any event as the additional cost for the lounge access alone wouldn’t be worth it ,but the whole package ,upgraded room etc would be. Do you really need a balcony... More

Do you really need a balcony ,remember it’s very humid and likely to be rainy at some time too.enjoy it’s a great hotel in a great city
