We checked in on the 11th of feb. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had club rooms so we got free entry to the club lounge. We went there daily and the hostess was amazing. Very sweet and very nice. On the day of check-out we had a minor miscommunication with our taxi driver and he was late...

This is a nice hotel, well appointed with fantastic linen, and a staff oriented to ensuring you have a good stay. It is an oddity in that it has no bar, well not one that sells any booze, adjoining little Arab area, overlooking the grand mosque and adopting many (no pork, no booze) customs. This feature is it overt. The...

Good location, convenient travel with MRT, with variety of eateries nearby, best fit for family trip. Hotel is tidy and clean, room size is big enough, people service is fairly good, worth staying. Tried the swimming pool with sun bathering in the morning, very good!

Good location Super bed No noise from neighbor room at all! Nice choice between different restaurants for breakfast (3 including club lounge). Renovation of bathroom would be appropriate. Colour patterns in room outdated (e.g. floor tiles versus wall paper)

We stayed a few times at this hotel and the front line service staff were really friendly and helpful. However, we faced an issue when the hotel is overbooked. We booked a double club room but upon checking in, we found out that they are only left with twin room. The checking in was very slow as well, but it...

This hotel is aging. The decor and furnishing is very tired. However, this should not put you off, our room was acceptable, Very quiet and reasonably comfortable. The breakfast is not good. Breakfast is said to be from 06.30. We arrived at about 06.40 to find no member of staff there. Most of the buffet had been set up. So...

No carpet, peeling paint, noisy, packed with tourists. Difficult to get in a lift during morning rush. Pushed out if way by guests on multiple occassions. Receptionist staff kelt taking phonecalls and serving other guest's while checking me in.

This traditionally Malay enclave of Singapore offers an alluring array of shops, cafes, and bars. A walk down Haji Lane offers quirky shopping, while one block over, Arab Street is a treasure trove of brightly coloured fabrics, clothing, and Turkish rugs.
