My wife and I were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. It is clean, well appointed and complimented by welcoming and friendly staff. It is located in an area which is best described as a cultural melting pot, which made for a wide range of delectable cuisine within a short walking distance from the hotel. We would definitely...

Great hospitality by the reception staff - thank you Donna for checking us in smoothly, and to Velan who recommended the suite to us (as we initially wanted to get an extra bed). The suite comes with a sofa, which doubles up as a day bed - so we got the extra bed in the end, with an even more...

Recently stayed with my family (including 4 year old and 6 month old). Hotel is in a good area, very easy to get around as its close to Bugis station. Nice staff, room was clean and very cool, air con worked a little too well :) breakfast on the 5th floor had good options but could definitely be better quality....

It is getting harder and harder to find something decent in Singapore for under $200 a night but you will find it here. We booked this hotel based on the Bugis location, but after booking I was really concerned when I realised the hotel is actually in Kampong Glam, This is because we have previously stayed in Little India and...

We stayed 2 nights last week. Mixed impressions. Very good dining room - we used 5th floor one. Perhaps limited choice for some Western tastes. Room was clean and comfortable, but stale and in need of refurbishment, if genuine 4* rating is aspired to. Some public areas had a fusty smell, which was perhaps a sign that new carpets were...

Neighbourhood Profile
Kampong Glam
This traditionally Malay enclave of Singapore offers an alluring array of shops, cafes, and bars. A walk down Haji Lane offers quirky shopping, while one block over, Arab Street is a treasure trove of brightly coloured fabrics, clothing, and Turkish rugs. Stop for a leisurely coffee or cocktail and watch local kids play traditional games along the lane.
