I stayed here for about 6 nights and found it to be good. Location - very near to Bugis junction and the downtown and has a MRT and a bus stop very near by. Most of the places can be walked to - like Clarke Quay etc Service - is good. Check in and check out were seamless and they...

This hotel is pretty expensive and it offers discrete services. Although the rooms are clean and nice, I found the breakfast to be poor (Asian only). It is a good hotel, but I honestly think you can find better ones in Singapore for the price you have to pay.

5 nights in a rock hard bed - back pain all night and all next day. Worst bed I have ever slept in, not that I got a lot of sleep. Carpets badly stained. Mould on Shower Curtain and Shower walls. Window sills dusty. Daily service very minimal, did not even wipe over the sideboard where we had spilled a...

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and we were extremely satisfied. Our room on floor number 6 was well maintained, big and clean. The bathroom was quite satisfactory with good facilities. Although other reviewers have commented on the bedding we had absolutely no problems and enjoyed comfortable nights sleeping. Linen was changed on 3 occasions for us. Included...

We have just had a 5 nights stay at this hotel. Maybe it should be called Grand Pathetic hotel. We were allocated a room and when we got into the room it smelt very strong of mould. The windows on the outside were covered at the bottom with mould and dirt. The carpet was in need of a good clean....

We stayed here for three or four nights prior to our cruise. The hotel was lovely and the rooms big. The biggest difficulty was that it was the Chinese New Year so their inexpensive buffet was very expensive during the holiday weekend. Staff and concierge bent over backwards to take care of us. It was a lovely stay

The hotel is very old but comfortable enough,The staff were very friendly and helpful, There wasn't a lot around as far as shopping but it was easy enough to walk to some interesting places. It was easy to catch a bus to Gardens By the Bay and Suntec City.

The hotel offers a great spot to get around Singapore, close to the MRT and to some wonderful sights-Raffle-Bugis. The staff are wonderful and helpful, it is non-smoking so you have to go to the street.

Dreadful place, full of mould, no comfort. The pool is not accessible unless you are very fit, old winding staircase to get to it. Very very disappointed in this booking. It's position is ok for older part of town.
