We recently stayed for two nights in Singapore at this hotel and I must say that it was a most enjoyable experience. The staff were very helpful and Silva who works in the Concierge area was extremely helpful and pleasant could not do enough for us.

Stayed in the hotel for one night only getting ready for our cruise next day. Only 6 km from the cruise terminal so it was ideal . The room was very clean but looking a little tired. Breakfast was included in the price as was free wifi. Easy to walk around the area the next morning and wander through the...

This hotel is in a good location, easy walking to MRT, eateries and shopping malls. An older hotel but comfortable, with an excellent breakfast. Air-conditioner was leaking in the first room they allocated us but we were promptly moved and upgraded to a premium room. Excellent, helpful doormen and reception.

Stayed here October 2015' pretty average. Room was tired and small. Bed was small. Towels worn out and missing. Just generally average. We expected more for this location and price . Door and desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself is located centrally- 5 mins walk from raffles hotel and 10 mins from Bugis market. There's also a hop on hop off bus stop just across from the...

I travel too much and generally consider a hotel price, clean, and safe as the main criteria. I don't generally get too excited...it's a place to sleep and maybe get a bit of work done. . I also have experienced most hotels have courteous staff, and those exceptions that do not I am happy to document here, This trip I...
