Considering this hotel is located near to the busy street at night, which me and my girlfriend loves to. It is also located near to MRT which is the reason I choose to stay here. Although the price of the stay is average, but the cleanliness of the room was satisfying.

Room was clean. Stayed in room 03-02, the smallest room for triple sharing type. Unluckily the beds in my room was hard makes me couldn't have a proper sleep after a long tiring day in Singapore. Stayed with big group and booked 6 rooms. Other room was OK. The beds are not as hard as mine. Overall, everything was OK....

We stayed overnight before embarking on a cruise. Not impressed at all. Rooms very tired. Bed was like sleeping on a board with a rock for a pillow. The worst thing though was the noise. A lot of street noise but also people coming and going all hours of the night. Talking loudly in the hallway and banging doors. I...

As mentioned by some other reviewers, Singapore is expensive, period. Getting a decently priced budget hotel is a challenge. This is a good option. It's located in the Bugis area, the MRT is a 5-7 mins walk. You can travel most of the places around Singapore through the MRT. The staff at the reception is friendly and will guide you...

Singapore is expensive so are the hotels. The Beach Hotel is 5 min. walk from Bugis MRT and in a great central location to explore the city. In comparison to other budget Hotels in this area the rooms have windows and a good size, so no problem to store luggage. The bathroom was also not to small, good water pressure...

An average hotel. In fact everything about The Beach is average. If you must stay here make sure you get home late and go straight to sleep. That is if you can sleep. The air conditioning unit is on the wall directly opposite the bed and blows freezing air all night. If you turn it off it is too hot....

The room is a little bit small, but very well for a budget couple / small family. Located between Bugis junction and Suntec city, also there are so many food stalls on the night. Would be happy to come back again.

I like it because of its location. Near to Queen street taxi terminal from Johor Bahru, 10 minutes walking. make sure you have few luggage only, because the room is really small, eventhough i take the family room, still very small. Thanks God the room is clean. Near to bugis junction, bugis mrt to go anywhere in singapore.

The location of the hotel is good, it is in walking distance from the nearby train station, there is a sea-food restaurant on the ground floor and its fully packed with people during the evenings, there are also dozens of different restaurants in the adjacent lanes, I liked the one which has different kinds of deserts (Japanese). Internet is not...
