What a pleasant surprise! Loved this hotel. The staff are very pleasant, the rooms are small but compact! Very clean and the beds are delightful! The safe drawer in the room with a light built into the drawer is something every hotel room should have! The breakfast wasn't your normal American breakfast, but a very good variety of fresh food...

Stayed her for 3 nights. The rooms are nice and clean, staff was nice and helpfull, Located about 10 min walk from Chinatown MRT, and a littlebit less to Clarke quay. Had a small skybar on top, this was not serviced at the time, but area was availible for sit relax, and look the view. The gym was also located...

As with most new hotels there are some teething problems here. The rooms are clean & well appointed and the staff friendly and helpful. A minus is having a cold shower & the cafe needs help. Warm white Argentinian wine at $50 Singapore $ a bottle & undrinkable coffee at breakfast.

Staff were very friendly, room was reasonable size, with fridge and decent bathroom. There is an open area on the 10th floor which would be lovely if it wasn't so hot. The restaurant is reasonably priced and convenient.

Arrived early but receptionist kept our luggage and let us have our room an hour early. Staff were polite and helpful during our stay. Room was small but very clean with a comfortable bed and pillow, good quality towels, linen and bathroom amenities. Tea making facilities were useful and fridge enables storage of milk, drinks etc. Location is good for...

The three taxi drivers I had didn't know where it was, so make sure you have an address, or a map ready to show them. It's a rather odd location in general. My non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes, especially when you first open the door. The room was an ok size, but an odd shape, so you couldn't actually walk...

While not in the best location, this was still a good stay. It's about a 10 minute walk to the MRT/Chinatown. Rooms are small but the air con is great and they're clean. Good shower pressure. The staff were fantastic - very accommodating and friendly. Don't bother with the breakfast buffet - limited choice and bad coffee.

Stayed 2 nights in Superior Queen bedded room. 20 minute $20 taxi ride from the airport - check in staff very friendly - room size good - bathroom on the small side - not a fan of the see through walls. Good location near Chinatown and Clarke Quay (once you can work out exactly where you are). Happy to lend...

Very happy with this hotel. Staff are friendly and the service great. The room we had was smallish but ok, modern, clean, and the wifi was the best we have experienced in Singapore. The walls in the rooms are thin, but a bit of room etiquette deals with that. The only thing we found missing was a good bedside lamp...

Stayed for 6 days. Good value for the money. Staff is nice and helpful. Housekeeping is all-day cleaner. Location is great, many turist attractions in the vicinity. I recommend eating breakfast across the street in chinatown.
