Neat and clean hotel, even though the rooms are very small. But that is kind of normal for Singapore. Breakfast is good but lacks variety. For a hotel that serves a lot of Indian clients, with its tie ups with travel agents, breakfast should provide some Indian options. The rooms are clean and washrooms have all required facilities.

The studio room had good concept with a loft with a single bed and work desk but the ground floor had a double bed and no room to even move between the 3 of us, let alone figure out where to put our luggages. The bathroom is tiny and toilet paper offered was just small thin individual squares and tissues offered was half the size of normal tissues. Definitely won't ever be staying here again, we just rather pay a bit more, but for just 1 night was ok.

V hotel bencoolen amat selesa untuk travel kami. Lokasi convenient di sebelah mrt station. Food court nesrbg with money changer and convenience store 7-11 and cheers. Room was upgraded for free by the front desk. Thank you.

No problem finding this hotel, the clue is in the name. Check in was easily dealt with and it was no problem for the hotel to merge my two bookings so I didn't have to change rooms. My room on the 9th floor had a window with a view across a small square to other rooms. This is Singapore, it's expensive so to expect a view is more in the £1000/night price group rather than the sub £100/night. The room was small, good enough for a 4 night stay. The bed was comfortable with nice cotton bedding. A good point was the aircon did not blow down on my face during the night. Bathroom had a good shower and fluffy towels. Top marks - the hotel has BBC World and BBC News on the TV system. There is no breakfast room dinner in this hotel. Honestly no problem the area is surrounded by restaurants, food courts and bars. Singapore is famous for it's food, why would you eat-in? The V Hotel is next door to the Bencoolen MRT and 5 mins walk from Bugis and Dhoby Ghaut.…

I don't need to explain more about his hotel. The main positive things about his location is the location very near with the MRT station on the bencoolen street. The room was too small to be filled by 2 people. The lobby was too small and there was no breakfast area in the hotel.

Great service from the front desk! We are a family of 4 people but we accidently book an twin room that is too small for us.. The duty manager at counter was so kind that they give us a free upgrade to a triple room for us! Really grateful for the kind action. Forget to ask for your name. But Thank you!!
