We stayed 4 nights in casa Staya and so far ( travelling for 6 month around the continent ) it's the best hostel in all Chile and Argentina we stayed at. Room a little bit small but very confy. Close to everything and next to the Turbus bus station, nice garden, bbq outside, breakfast is good and there is nice... More

Last christmas we stayed at Casa Satya and we had a really good time here! The owner Tomas is very friendly and helpfull. At christmas eve, he and his wife spontaneously organized a christmas diner with all the guests. It almost felt like home! He also gave us tips about what to do in Pucon and which agency are the... Cozy & clean, this place is well located in Pucon, close to shops, restaurants, the lake and other adventures. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The area feels very safe. Nice kitchen with good cooking and food storage facilities.

Perfect place to travel solo or with friends. It is perfectly located; everything is in a walking distance. The options for breakfast are homemade and healthy. I am a vegetarian and they were so nice to accommodate my needs. People are so nice and they help you and give directions as much as they can. The place is cozy, the... More

Unfortunately we booked this hostel after reading the recommendation in the backpacker Chile guiding book. the room was ok, but was NEVER cleaned in a whole week stay! No fresh towels or an empty trash bin... The kitchen often was a whole mess, cereals for breakfast are stored somewhere between pots and plates, breakfast times are up to the mood... More

Our family of 5 visited last week. All of us were very happy with our stay. Tomás made us feel right at home. His homemade bread with jam and cheese accompanied by french press coffee in the mornings made for a nice start to the day. The shared kitchen was well organized and provided a comfortable place to feed the... More

This is a must stay if you are visiting Pucon, conveniently located right next to the Turbus station and a supermarket. The place oozes relaxation from the massage room, yoga studio, wood fire, and beautiful gardens with a view of the main attraction - Volcano Villcarin. Other than the open and friendly vibe I would say that Casa Satya was... More

We had a lovely stay in Casa Satya. The room was small but very comfortable with storage space available. The kitchen is small and well equipped and the dining room is large and very comfortable. When the weather is good there are seats outside to relax. Overall, a great hostel with good facilities.
