Stayed here for a perfect weekend. This may be the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Great bed. Incredible shower and food good too. Service impeccable. Wow. What a gem.

My husband and I stayed at Aldea Naukana two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a lovely boutique hotel predominantly made out of wood. Our room was very cosy with a big window which let in natural light, our own balcony and a very comfortable bed. The best thing was the shower with super hot water and a... More

We stayed 3 nights in a superior room with balcony and volcano view. The room was clean, big and bright. We had in-room breakfast: nice with delicious juices, eggs and granola. We loved this place, so quiet and paceful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We arrived at Pucon in the afternoon to find this nice boutique hotel just the right distance from the center. The room was a bit small and had poor lightening but it was beautiful, clean and well designed and felt like a cabin in the middle of the forest. Breakfast was nice and had a lot to offer and we... My husband and I stayed here whilst back packing around Chile on honeymoon. They hotel is well located just 5 minutes walk from the centre of town, and near some fantastic restaurants including La Maga and Cassi's (both worth a visit!). Despite being close to town the hotel was very quiet! The hotel is beautifully designed with gorgeous rooms, it... More

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was very nicely themed and outfitted throughout the hotel - you felt as if you were in a treehouse. Our room had an absolutely stunning view of the Volcano - it would be hard to imagine the opportunity for a better view from elsewhere in the town. The breakfast was wonderful in the... More

This is a truly lovely place to stay- close to the restaurants and shops ( within 3 blocks-10 mins walk) but set to the side on a relatively quiet street. The rooms vary a bit in size but they are carefully designed and the wood construction is in keeping with the total idea of calm and relaxation. There is a... More

I have only warm words about the Aldea Naukana hotel in Pucon. The location is great in the center of town, and the rooms are cool and gives a warm feeling. But the best aspect of staying in this hotel is the great staff. The staff are always smiling and willing to assist to your needs - real treat. The... More

Loved Aldea Nukana Posada. The decor is great, lots of natural materials. Bed was very comfortable, we had a little balcony with a fantastic view of Volcano Villarrica, breakfast was nice. Bathroom was also very good with natural products. The hotel is in Pucon 3 blocks from the main road, very quiet.

We stayed 2 nights at Aldea Naukana and really enjoyed it. It was nice to be centrally located in Pucon, but a few blocks removed from all the crowds. It is extremely quiet, and the staff is unobtrusive and friendly. The treehouse-like hotel was lovingly designed and furnished, and there were a lot of nice little touches, like a warm... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Aldea Naukana has its own identity. It stands out for its innovating architecture, where height design mixes with curves and ‘Palafitos’ (stilt houses), different types of native wood, together with other organic materials like colihue (Chilean bamboo) and willow, as well as volcanic rock and stones from several locations in the south of Chile. All these combine creating different textures and sensations within a privileged vegetation, unique in downtown Pucon. ... more   less

“There are rooms to the side and to the front of the hotel. We were in a double on the side and this proved a little noisy with people sitting outside the Restaurant but was quiet thereafter. We then had a smaller twin room facing the street which was fine. On balance we preferred the larger room”
