Wonderful house - previously a family residence. The guest feels part of the family thanks to the wonderful staff who stop at nothing to make them feel welcome. Lovely grounds and an ideal base for a perfect holiday.

Quincho Casa Hotel is like staying in your own private resort overlooking Lago Llanquehue and Volcan Osorno. The view from my room was amazing and the service at the hotel was beyond excellent. Rebecca, my special hotel representative was so warm and welcoming and kind. She saw that I was crazy about the Ulmo honey and helped me secure some...

This is a very special place indeed. The level of service is exceptionally high and very personal. Nothing was too much trouble, we could have eaten where we wanted, when we wanted. Javi listened to our likes and dislikes and suggested really good dishes for dinner each night. The dinners were all extremely good, breakfasts were excellent as well, very quiet...

This place is special. Only 4 rooms and we were lucky that for the first 3 days of our stay we were the only guests. Superb attention and service from guide (Joos), driver (Don Arturo), chef (Teo), host (Javi) and Rebecca at breakfast. Being the only ones there, Teo let us choose what we'd like him to cook each night...

When we arrived, we were met by the Hostess and service staff who were all standing at the main entrance. We all felt that we were special with the warm greeting. Guest rooms, living room, bath rooms...

We stayed here for 3 nights while touring and hiking around Puerto Vargas. This is a home converted into an exclusive luxury 'hotel' in a property with large grounds and a view of 2 volcanoes as well as the lake. Our party took up all 4 rooms in the house - these vary in size depending on whether this was...

Note: there are only 4 rooms. If you are lucky enough to have one, you will experience an absolutely exquisite level of attention. They have chefs that rotate and cook meals just for you. Their "house" wine (Montez) was such good quality, that we tracked down a distributor in the US that had the licenses to import a couple of...

A large and lovely house built about 12 years ago over looking but not directly on the lake. We enjoyed three nights as the only pampered guests. Marlis, our hostess, took great care of us at the house and Joss, an outstanding guide, led us on wonderfult adventures. Our room was large, well appointed and very comfortable. The food was...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The word “hogar” is Spanish for home. It comes from the word hearth, where families used to gather for warmth and to feed. This is what Quincho aims to bring to each of our guests. The feeling of not being a traveller or tourist, but to find in Quincho a home away from home. Surrounded by four acres of gardens and secondary forest, Quincho Casa Hotel is a cosy retreat with breath taking views of the Osorno and Calbuco volcanoes, and Lake Llanquihue. Our staff’s best attribute is personalized service, which aims to make every guest at home. We have a maximum capacity of eight guests whose every need is carefully tended. ... more   less
