Me and my friend arrived here and we were immediately welcomed. The staff is soooo nice and helpful! After two days it almost felt like family, we made friends with the owner, the staff and other guests.. Had a joint breakfast on Sunday which was really good. I can really recommend this place, we had no problems with the bathroom...

Ok, so I read the reviews before booking, the reason I booked was because it was affordable for a private 2 person room, which the rest of town is not(for our budget at least) The 2 toilets were always clean, although one of our mattresses was in need of replacement. The staff were pleasant, except at times the lady, who...

Worst hostel I've stayed at in over 12 months of travel! The hostel has signs up saying 'silence' after midnight, yet people stay up talking & yelling until 3am, sometimes 4am. It's a small wooden house, with wooden floors & walls, so the acoustics are terrible. I stayed two nights. On the first night people were so noisy I didn't...

This is definitely a basic, funky hostel, but not without its virtues. I found the rooms, including the shared bathrooms, to be clean (other reviewers, apparently, have not). The people were nice and welcoming, and offered an excellent local beer on tap. The location is fairly central. All in all, our group of five needed a place to stay for...

This hostel is about as basic as they come: no breakfast, no lockers, dirty bathrooms and kitchen, on-and-off hot water and paid luggage storage after check out. In the evening, the entire hostel was filled with people in every single room. The only place for us to exist were our dorm beds. The low ceilings don't help at all. However,...

The fact that reviewers on Trip Advisor fault a hostel for having low ceilings among other details after they have accepted a room or seen pictures on a website is unfair to a business. Yes, the ceilings are low and there are other little gripes but it's simply not a hotel. What is not unfair is to say the place...

As a solo traveller, I think this hostel is better to visit with friends. The rooms are very small and the ceilings are low, there is no space to store your bag, so you must trust the others in your room. I also found it quite expensive for what you get.

We walked in and the owner immediately made us feel at home. We walked in with no reservation and had a room in a matter of minutes. The entire Hostel is run in a very co-operative way, meaning the hostel becomes your home while you're there and it's part of your duty as a guest to make sure it stays...

We booked here before and after a WONDERFUL Camping trip in the area, and stayed only because we didn't plan ahead for somewhere else. Both times there were 10 tents in the backyard, and every hostel bed was also booked - all for the 2 bathrooms, small kitchen, and limited indoor space. We had to cook on one of the...

The place is what we publish on the Internet, on HostelBookers and hostelworld. There are even photos and technical details of what is and offers, at no time fooling anyone with something that is not offered or published. The price is the cheapest in the city and is in relation to what is offered. The trash can is small on...

This hostel is extremely clean and the decorations are so tasteful and fun! The bathrooms are always spotless and well-stocked with soap and toilet paper. The bedrooms and the sheets were clean. Cinnamon is quite possibly the friendliest dog in Chile, and she has excellent house manners. But the best part was that Jorge Leon is an excellent host! He...
