I've been visting Puyehue once a year for 3 years now. The day pass start at 10 and end at 19 hrs. You can use all the thermal pools indoors and ourdoors. The best is outdoors at a cloudy day. You have buffet lunch and tea time meals included . The pools where ok but the indoor water streams were...

My family and I spent 3 days at the resort. We were there to relax and that's what we did. Now I know we are European and used to getting up at 0600 to put towels on the beds but this was way different. Busy at breakfast but with a good selection of food and helpful staff. Then head to...

As usual, excellent atention, nice food, super rooms and pools. Only thing is to improve wifi connection. Front desk people were very helpful and nice. Food was freshly made, had lots of activities to do every day, and the pools were very clean.

Stayed here with my family (no children, all adults). I think kids could have fun here though. Have to note we stayed during low season April, 2015. We had the place to ourselves. First, this is an amazing place. Pools are awesome, bowling alley, activities. .. the place itself is not modern at all. But this gives it a nice...

This is a very comfortable hotel and spa, with enough activities under its roof to keep you busy for a long time. We were only there for 2 nights, and didn't see half of it, but were impressed by the range and quality of food in the restaurant(s), and the scale of the pool area. The service was a high...

First of all, this review is based solely on the day pass, which means sleep quality, room service and so on are not reviewed. I would like to open this review stating that almost everything about the pools is great. There are 5-6 pools of which half are on the outside. Temperature ranges from 21°C to 40°C depending on what...

We only did the day pass so I am not sure on the quality of the rooms. We know that the price for one night was around 500$ which seems a little high, but the day pass was about 80$ which was perfect for us, since we were just passing through! The place was spotless although decor in some parts...

Enjoyed a few days at Puyehue when we lived in Chile. Pay on entry -covers all you can eat & drink throughout the day, the beautiful pools (hot & cold). Extra's at a cost are massage, gift shop etc. Very relaxing & peaceful. Beautiful environment. Stunning building & grounds. If driving by on travel, definitely spend a night here! Ideal...

Ok its got a thermal hot springs and bowling alley and a couple of ping pong tables but..... Food gets old as the buffet looks the same each day. You can only float around in the waist deep pool so long. For +500 a day its an expensive hotel. Its definitely not 5 star. Hotel and food 3 star. Surroundings...
