We walked in off the street due to reviews and discount in 'get south' . We paid $10000 per dorm bed.  It has a nice cosy feel- all made of wood. Clean and spacious dorms with big lockers to fit a large backpack. Clean bathroom ( will be gender specific in future but was being fixed when we were there)... More

Great location, just by the water, and awesome price- I wasn't expecting much when I saw the price. It had heat (although turned off at night) and felt like a little cozy cabin. It was mostly quiet and there is a nice living room with couches and a stove, as well as a dining area and tables. Wifi worked pretty... More

Even though the staff was not that helpful we had a nice stay. Watch out for the breakfast, even the stuff that should be in the fridge is set down the night before (stuff like milk/yoghurt). Breakfast was small.

A very nice place to stay! It is clean, beds are comfortable, stuff is friendly and breakfast is very good. The dorms have big lockers. Good value for money. Best of it (in winter): it is very well heated!

The place is clean, well designed, functional and the brakfast is good. On the weekend two young guys are attending guests and they seem more like thinking of parties with friends than on what' s happening there.... On Saturday two girls slept on the sofa in the sleeping room, on Sunday the 8 bed dorm received a 9th guest sleeping on... More

This is a really nice hostel, the rooms are pretty big (stayed in a 6 room dorm) and the lockers are also big. The common area is very nice along with a well equiped kitchen. The breakfast is pretty nice (typical Chilean breakfast goods) and lots of room to sit. The only problem I had was that the staff was... More

this is a really good hostel. The shared rooms are huge, beatiful and clean. The common areas downstairs are really cosy, they offer big breakfast and great location. I loved my stay there, definitely recommend it.

Cosy, great breakfast, helpful receptionist, nice vibe, good wifi and close to all. Slept like a baby, had wonderful showers after days out in the cold. Didn't fall for Valdivia as a city but I stayed there a few days just to get some real good rest and recharge my batteries. When in Valdivia, stay here!

I've stayed at many hostels around the globe and this one, I have to say, is one of the best. First, I got one of the private rooms on the first floor. It was cozy and pretty inexpensive. Staff members are really helpful and will tell you how to make the most out of your stay in Valdivia. The location... More
