We stayed four days, before arrive we let they know that we'll arrive in 3 more hours, but when we got there, our place needs the towels, toilet paper, some lights didn't work and other details that we expected they already have solved. Additionally, every night we have to wait a long time for someone open the grid, because no... More

The BordeRio Hostel in Valdivia makes a very good first impression when you look at it from the outside. On the inside, my girlfriend and I were able to enjoy a well-cleaned space and a huge bedroom with a big, very comfy bed. The breakfast is very rich as well, including eggs, fruits, juice, coffee and bread. I can recommend... More

We stayed at the Hotel location (located on General Lagos), not the hostal and really enjoyed it. We expected this area of town to be busier, as it is the historic center, but it was pretty quiet. The staff was very quick to resolve problems and the beds were really comfortable. They also gave us towels everyday, and made up... More

We had a large room in the main building of this rambling place and thought ourselves very lucky. We were especially grateful to have off-street parking, here, which is perfectly secure (because gated). The breakfasts were adequate. We thought it was really good value for money. It's not at all a 'party place' kind of hostel for young people. There... More

If you are looking for a centrally located, reasonable hostal then this is a good place to come. The rooms are spacious, well equipped - cable tv and comfortable beds etc. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, they served muffins which did not seem too fresh, bread, a small serving of cheese and ham, yoghurt, and instant coffee! Sorry, after 7... More
