Good location for the airport. We took the bus from the central terminal - got off at the ENEA stop, then a 5 to 10 minute walk to the hotel. They have a free airport shuttle bus running every hour.
It’s a modern, well maintained and clean hotel. Our superior room had coffee maker, fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery and an ironing facility.
Their restaurant is quite good and reasonable value for an airport hotel. Breakfast was fine, with a scrambled egg option.
We interacted with several staff and they were all most pleasant and helpful.

Very convenient for a short stay in Santiago. As the hotel website says the hotel is only 10 mins from the hotel. The hotel check in was very fast and the room was spacious and clean with no traffic noise. We did hear the occasional aeroplane land/take off through the night however it was not a major problem. There are no amenities near the hotel. We did not eat at the hotel however the restaurant was full and the food looked good. A taxi Downtown is about 22000 peso however 3 blocks away is a regular bus for 2000 peso per person. We took this and it was fine. Stay near the airport and travel in to Santiago. This hotel was good value particularly as it included breakfast which was quite extensive and included hot food.

The hotel is located close to the airport, so the only reason to stay here is because you have an early flight out. We also arrived very late due to a very delayed flight in, so the location was a real bonus. It is not in walking distance from the airport, but the shuttle takes only about 10 minutes. We needed to take the 3:30 am shuttle, I seem to remember that the shuttles run every half an hour throughout the night, and it was on time. The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. Check-in was quick and friendly.

This is a great option for an airport stopover. The hotel is clean and modern with well equipped comfortable rooms. Although we were too early for breakfast (which starts at 4.30am) there was coffee available and the free transit to and from the airport operates 24 hours a day. Why pay more when this hotel gives you everything you need at a better price?

We flew into Santiago on an overnight flight and used booking to stay for our first night. Arrived at the airport and needed to WhatsApp the hotel to arrange for a complimentary ride. It’s 10 mins away and the shuttle was new and clean. We attempted to check in a little early @ noon, but we’re told if we wanted to check in before 3PM we would be charged an extra 1/2 day rate. We decided to wait. After having a coffee I spoke to the front desk @ 2PM and they agreed to check us in early (I assume it’s because the hotel was extremely quiet and they had ample space/rooms). The hotel is clean, but quite a ways off the beaten path. Not sure how safe the area is as the hotel is gated with a wire fence and looks desolate and a little prison-like. Also, the hotel seems newer, but the walls are super thin and a little noisy because of this. Breakfast was very good and Lorenzo was helpful at the front desk.

1. Failed to arrange a free shuttle service. For a hotel named :City EXPRESS” your ability to be express is DIRE. I was directed toward a ‘preferred’ taxi service at $6USD NOT $5 as informed.

2. Check in was apathetic. I tried to ask the night manager how I might get to Santiago the next morning and he simply replied - “taxi best, 20K clp”

3. What airport hotel cannot arrange taxi service? I checked out around noon and was told I wouldn’t get a taxi until 4pm!!! Luckily this was not a business trip!

4. If you cant arrange transport for your clients don’t go calling yourself “Express”. Over priced sub standard hotel. Breakfast was decent. One member of staff said good morning and at least the room was clean.

The hotel is modern and offer a very good room for one or two nights. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. The breakfast is really good (a little bit overcrowded and tight but food variety and quality are good). The only problem is about the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We had booked the shuttle a long time prior to our arrival date, but they informed us only a few hours prior to our check in that they had changed the shuttle service procedure (we were lucky we had internet and saw their message before we catch our flight from Puerto Montt). We gave them all the information they requested about arrival time and flight... even after that, we had to wait for more than one hour in the airport parking (we didn't know if it was safe or not). After one hour, another group of persons arrived and then the shuttle came (they were waiting for more people to arrive to send the van..).

Dear Mateus Along with greeting you cordially and thanking your review, which will be very useful for other visitors. With respect to the transfer, unfortunately the airport is being remodeled and modified the parking place to pick up guests, which has made it a bit more complicated. We ask for the excuses for the inconvenience this topic has generated. The invitation is open for a next visit. Best regards

If you have a very early flight, this hotel is a cheap but reasonably comfortable choice. The rooms are well equipped and the beds are pleasant. A shuttle brings you in 6-7 minutes every half hour to the airport. There is a simple complementary breakfast available as of 04:30.

High marks for this new, very modern design hotel with stylish rooms and comfortable beds. Two comments: the interior designer was obviously a man: the area for hanging clothes was not long enough to accommodate women's dresses or pants without folding them, and the single light over the vanity in the washroom may be enough for shaving but certainly isn't sufficient for applying makeup.

We arrived late and without dinner because our flight ran out of food that we could eat. Two servers in the cafe ignored me after an initial exchange; finally, after what seemed like 10 minutes, one of them asked a 3rd server to take care of me and he was terrific: kind, patient, and helpful. We wanted something light but, when I asked for soup from one of the first servers, I was informed that "the kitchen is closed" and only sandwiches were available. So, then can make a hamburger but they can't heat soup? In fairness, the buffet breakfast the next morning was more than enough and we especially appreciated the fresh melon.

Stayed here for a night whilst transiting through Santiago, about USD86 for a standard room. Emailed them after booking to ask about airport transfer but never got a reply so had to figure out myself. Due to flight problem, I only got out of airport past midnight and could only catch 5 hours sleep before I had to head to airport again, so I took a taxi, the hotel is about 10 mins away, the taxi costed USD21, pretty expensive. Saw others taking the shared transfer which is a better option for those not in a hurry.

Check-in was quick, enquired about the transfer to airport next morning and the reception staff helped me book. The lift didn't work for some reason so had to walk back to the reception, one of the guards helped me get to the room. Room is as expected, more spacious than I thought, everything is clean and works as it should. Next morning, check out was quick and took the complimentary transfer at 6:30am.

Although I feel the room rate is a bit expensive, however there are only a few options near the airport and this place is the more reasonably priced one in comparison. Overall, no fuss stay, an alright option for those who arrive late and/or got an early flight out.
