Comfy stay here. Bed and pillows are good. Room is clean. Not many choices in breakfast but good enough to fill my stomach before going around in Santiago.
Good location, not far away to the Plaza de Armas and Central market.

Excellent reception and a nice clean little hotel in downtown Santiago. Small but clean and comfortable room that didn't really cater for two suitcases. Don't bother trying to use the basin in the bathroom as the pop up waste didn't work on any of our 3 stays. Find somewhere else to eat (several local places) as the food in the restaurant was tasteless. Breakfast this morning was dire and none of the staff could speak English. No drinking water provided but you can purchase a 330ml bottle in the bar for 1500CLP - Lara's Supermarket round the corner sells 2litre bottles for 1000CLP - no contest.

At first glance the hotel looks quite nice, the lobby area and bar look quite swanky. The rooms are decent and clean, but I would expect them to have a kettle and the option to make tea as I’ve had in even lesser hotels. Its just little thing like that and even having a little notepad and pen by the phone if needed that the hotel lcks. Also, breakfast is quite dissapointing. The only options for egg are scrambled, and not the silky soft hotel scrambled eggs you expect, its very hard and not pleasant at all. The ‘fruit’ options have been one type of fruit every morning. Either just pear, just apple or just watermelon and a small bowl of cheap tinned fruit cocktail. Its ok, its clean, does the job, but definitely wouldn’t have paid any more than we have done for the stay.

Excellent hotel, clean with new furniture and bed cloth. Hot water, clean bathroom, gentle staffing team. It's well located, near to one of the main avenue n Santiago, near metro, supermarkets, touristic points. Silent place.

This Nova Park hotel in Santiago, Chile, is sinister. It admits reservations, but it also functions as a detentioncenter for immigrants, mostly people of color, Colombians, Venezuelans, Peruvians and Argentines. I made a reservation for three nights. Upon entering a cold hello and immediately they say that I must paid for the total stay. I get a card. I go up to the room, the only open door on that floor of the building. Spacious, without a single chair, cheap towels. An hour later I go down to get out. An employee stops me and tells me that I can't go out, that they will call the police. I tell him that I paid for a reservation and he tells me that in that case I can leave. For breakfast, a bag with a cheap sandwich and a watered-down coffee. I ask for milk and he tells me they don't have any. I tell him I paid. He answers that they will bring it to me. They bring it to me. Fifteen minutes later, I get bacterial diarrhea. I was scared, it reminded me of Pinochet's detention and torture centers. The detainees were locked in their rooms and they talked to each other by leaning out of the window. In short, a horrific experience.

Novapark hotel is rather new! You can simply tell by the lighting, interior design, and the building itself. It has an excellent location! Just 5 minute walk to Metro Santa Lucia station, 8 minute walk to La Moneda or Neptune Fountain, 12-15 minute walk to Plaza de Armas, everything is close by. Near the hotel there are shops, many restaurants, and few super markets. I remember that morning we arrived, there's pouring rain! It was freezing and we were soaking wet. The staff immediately helped us do some arrangement so that we were able to clean ourselves and freshen up, much appreciated! Continental breakfast with quite a number of food selections, not bad for the taste as well! The room's not really spacious, but good enough for two big suitcases to be opened. By the way the room is very ibis style. Over all I'd recommend this hotel, especially for the first-timer like me in Santiago de Chile, who could only rely on Metro or Uber.

The location is good, just a street next to the city centre of Plaza de Armas. A super market called Líder is two blocks nearby, convenient to get daily supplies. The breakfast is offered at early hours. The room is small but clean. The only problem is that there is no bottled water or water boiler in rooms and we have to go downstairs to restaurant to get water.

I liked this hotel. It was modern, stylish, clean and well appointed. The staff were helpful and accommodating. There was a lounge area, a bar, and a cafe attached to the hotel. I was glad that I had chosen this hotel for my first night in Santiago.

Basic hotel but very clean and had everything that we needed for a great price. Centrally located (less than 5 min walk from Santa Lucia subway), free parking (less than 5 min walk) and close to many landmarks. There is a bar in the lobby but not too many food options besides the cafe in the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable but what really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone who works here is incredibly helpful and friendly - they would help us book tours, find restaurants, print maps, answer our many questions and all with a smile. We would definitely stay here again! Unlike the other reviews, everything was working for us (AC, heater, hot water etc - everything worked perfectly)
