Contacted manager via e-mail two months before and sent him 25% of total payment (Western Union). Good value considering to be next to downtown. First disappointment: the address was not correct. We had to walk two blocks carrying all our luggage to another building of apartments an wait about forty minutes before the manager appeared. (OK, we arrived before check in time but weprecisely wrote our arrival time in the emails) He didn't know or had something written, about our arrival (luckily we had printed emails and the Western Union receipt). The apartment, small and cozy had everything except towells, cable TV and wifi (as offered or supposed to be included) Towells were given two days later and never changed. Cable TV and wifi never available although the manager pretended to exist. The manager could only be contacted by phone and was always late for something else. We considered moving to another place but full payment had already been done at arrival and of course we had other activities planned in Santiago before arguing with the manager. Had the return flight at 9 pm (9 hours after checkout) and there was no locker or place to leave safely our luggage, so we had to spend all that time at Santiago's airport.

We rented this though expedia- Expected a hotel but taxi pulled up in front of an apartment with big "Dormitorio 1+2" signs in the window. Front desk called Marco and after a few minutes we were shown a very tidy apartment on the 19th floor. (Discovered that toilet paper isn't included in rental.) We arrived about 9pm on a Sunday night, starving. No restaraunts open within walking distance, so Marco directed us to a minimarket around the corner. Ran the gauntlet of homeless people and dogs and made it back safe. Woke up to a fantastic view of Andes and Santiago. For the price- a decent find.

Necesitábamos hospedarnos en un lugar económico pues nuestro presupuesto era mínimo, por ello podemos señalar que el lugar cumplió con brindarnos los elementos mínimos necesarios para que nuestra estadía fuese placentera. Recomendable.

Se voce quer pagar pouco e quer um pouco de conforto eu te recomento este hotel, os preços sao bons e o lugar e agradável a localização também e boa e a atenção no lugar é razoavel, uma boa pedida para quem nao está disposto a gastar tanto.
