I stayed 8 days at the hotel and it was a wonderful experience, the staff very polite and patient (I don't speak Spanish), especially Felipe, Ronnie and Annie.
A few meters from the hotel there are 2 supermarkets, a starbscks, a metro station (La Moneda), so it is possible to get easily to anywhere in the city.
The hotel is in the center of Santiago, so no problems with the tour agencies.

I paid for a room for 2 people, and when I got there they charged us an extra 80 USD for two people to stay in the room. We had no choice but to pay. Oh, and the Wifi didn't work the entire time we were there.
