The room was a bit dated. I think the pictures online look a little nicer than reality. Take note that there isn't much open around this hotel after 7 PM. The location isn't bad for a visit as it's located on Huerfanos which has a good bit of shopping and dining once everything is open.

I travelled here for a work conference in October 2019. Unfortunately, the day after we arrived the protests and civil unrest started in Chile. The hotel rooms were nice and the hotel itself was very secure. It had gates at the front and was located on the 9-11th floors of the building. There was a small spa in the basement too, which gave us soemthing to do when we couldn´t go outside. The reception staff were very helpful and accomodating with everything we needed. The hotel was located right in the centre of Santiago, short walking distance from lots of the main sights.

There is a lot of noise from the traffic from the street at night so it is difficult to fall asleep. The hotel doors aren't sound proof either and you can hear telephones, walkie talkies ringing and voices speaking from the housekeeping personel doing all vacuumcleaning etc. Don't expect to sleep longer than 7.30/8am! It can feel citicial at some points not all personel spoke/understod English e.g. like simple numbers when telling your room number at breakfast. The internet has a good connections the first 20-30 min. and then jumps off after not being connected after that if your computer is closed for s while even though you press the 'remember me' button. The internet connection seems poor sometimes. I find it worrying that the personel at breakfast don't offer their help when you are a new guest at the hotel. Instead it seemed like they wanted to chat with each other gathered in the middle of the restaurant. The personel at the reception is helpful though! Some of the rooms need major renovation! For instance you can't close the door to the toilet so it smells from the toilet when lying in the bed which is the room next to it. There are some holes in the walls and the windows aren't sound proof so they don't close completely. When trying to use the gym which is only open between 7.30-21.00 in the everyday it's not possible to enter afterwards or before that time. Remember to have a swimming cap for the spa area. One of us is almost bald and has no hair but it couldn't be accepted by the hotel rules to go inside the spa area without a swimming cap! The location of the hotel is very central though but there is of a lot of traffic noise from downtown. The personel at the front desk were nice and trying to do their best to help with the noise at night finding other rooms which were similar facing out to the street.

I was a bit surprised by some of the ratings here but from my perspective this hotel is a solid place to stay when in Santiago. The rooms are a bit worn but clean and spacious enough, bed comfortable and the staff was very helpful in any situation. Breakfast was among the best we had in our trip through south America. Location is also perfect for sightseeing as pretty much all things are in walking distance. 15 to 35 minutes to the airport depending on traffic.

There really isn't much I can commend about this hotel apart from the fact the location is fairly central and one is able to walk to most of the city's main attractions. The place isn't really a "hotel" as such but rather a couple of floors of rooms in a commercial building. The level of security is a total joke, with people able to walk off the street and onto the floor with rooms with ease. The spa area is actually quite nice but, perversely, it only opens between 09:00 and 17:30, meaning it's unlikely you'll have a chance to use it if you are a business traveller. The rooms are tired and outdated with the bulk of the views being of a dilapidated tower block. To top it all off, the breakfast is below average and the staff are really quite rude. AVOID!

The hotel is in the heart of the city and great for walking to different things in the neighborhood. The staff are great and so are the room service. The short fall is the room had twin beds and not joined to the head board. The room next to me was very noisy due to that. The restaurant being on the roof top is great has well. I would recommend this hotel, but get a room with bigger beds.

Room Tip: Be careful of the twin bed rooms. If you are not accustom to that.

This hotel is in a very central location, ideal if you want to walk everywhere. Check-in was very pleasant. He couldn’t have been helpful/thoughtful. 10/10 for customer service. The was ‘interesting’. Extremely outdated. The beds are on wheels, so every time you move the beds move. Seemed clean tho. Wouldn’t stay again.

This hotel should be a 2-star at most. Outdated and tiny room, noisy air conditioner that wouldn't allow me to set the temperature, ugly view from the small window, bad breakfast. Didn't move to another hotel because of lack of time, but will never stay here again.

very nice hotel and very conveniently located to places of interests. came here on a winter time, expected the pool to be not as warm as it should be but the staff, esp. "Felipe," is very accomodating. Overall, staff are wonderful.

Hotel is very well located with average room. Rooms are spacy but require redecoration. Beds are ok and service is at decent level. Breakfast could be much better. In general it is average hotel in a very good spot
